I ordered 2 Hook & Ladder sandwiches through Uber eats near closing time. Since it was late I called the store to verify they received it and add to my order. I spoke with a gentleman named Terry who was friendly and accommodating over the phone. When our sandwich’s arrived it was exactly as I ordered and very delicious!! Thank you Terry!!

There is far too many online orders that were cancelled due to an already closed store, but you don't know till you show up. I've ordered there over a dozen times online, the order is more often wrong than correct. It is incredibly unreliable to the point it is easier to do it myself. If you're only ordering for yourself then the accuracy is less of an issue... If you're willing to wait for them to remake it after you're put to the back of the line. The level of unprofessionalism, inaccuracies and unreliability makes it near miraculous the store is still open.
