Firehouse Subs West Palm Beach

I was so impressed I had to write a review, this was my first time at a Firehouse subs and it definitely won’t be my last. The nice young lady at the cash registered was very nice and took her time to make sure I got the sub I wanted. I swear this was the best sub I’ve had I was very impressed from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. I felt my experience was worth a review. I’ll be back soon!

Food is good! Come early

I’ve been to firehouse subs many times. When I first started going there, I had a great experience. The customer service was top notch. They were friendly and quick. I went there today and tasked for a large sandwich and was handed a small sub in a medium box. They charged me for a medium and gave me a small. I don’t like to give a hard time to people in the service industry cause I know it’s tough out here but this is the third time they’ve messed up my order right in front of me. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The store was busy this lunch time. But I feel taken advantage of since I paid for more and got less.

Wowwwww… the sándwich was disgusting it was support to be hot, it wasn’t it was soogy wer from wayyyyy to much mayo & barbecue sauce. It was unbelievabld & I paid $16 plus dollars. The meat didn’t look cook I took a picture & im calling corporate.

Update: Service and food was good. They also brought the hot sauce bar back.

Slow service compared to other Firehouse
Subs and there wasn't any line. They also had a mess up on my order and have limited hot sauces that were all empty. This isn't the first time with these experiences at this location. I encourage people to try out Firehouse because they can be great, and I recommend trying other locations if this was your only experience.

$9 of a half of a half of sandwich that isn’t right

Sandwiches are good but service can be very slow even if you order ahead

Went to Firehouse Subs as a first time customer of the company and I was left wanting. My first experience was on Veterans Day and the hot sub took nearly 25 minutes to be made and it came out cold. There were only two employees working and the line was backed up. But who complains when it’s a free meal honoring your service.

Went in today with the hope that the experience will be better. I was wrong. First the cashier took my order as if they couldn’t care what was ordered. The food took 15 minutes to be made which was an improvement. However the meal I ordered was wrong. I asked for no mayo and onions, it seemed like there were double the amount, and extra jalapeños, none were found. I don’t think I will be going back to this establishment in the future where my money could be better spent elsewhere.

2 weeks in a row first experience was veterans day went for free sandwhich while sure it's dumb to complain when something is free but the second experience was even worse long wait time, little to no meat, and cold. For $30 for what's supposed to be somewhat fast food is crazy.

Buyer beware. Ordered takeout through the app and had two issues. One sub made incorrectly, and also missing the bottle of hot sauce I ordered with the sandwiches. Contacted support, they told me store manager would reach out. It’s been three weeks and I still can’t get in contact.

Excellent place to enjoy a tasty meal, super nutritious, with a good aroma and exquisite flavor

My order was not delivered to delivery entrance it was left on ground by front door of main building were the offices are not apartments delivery entrance which is around side of building
This is unexceptable leaving my food this way

First time there had a medium sized Steak and Cheese sub and it was AMAZING! I should of gotten the large! If you've never been there go, it is worth every penny!
