First Watch

I had breakfast with my wife. There is nothing bad to say. The food was great: grits and shrimp with a side of million-dollar bacon and a nice, refreshing beverage. I sat at the party table, and the food came out surprisingly fast. It was a good spot to have breakfast.

Joy, our server was amazingly friendly and courteous. Made our visit pleasant

Gio was very friendly , professional, attentive and caring.

I really like this location. Everyone have always been super nice with exceptional customer service. I had the pleasure to be serviced by Losha she was absolutely a breath of fresh air. Superior personality and very kind. I'll definitely be back🤗

Again, another wonderful experience at First Watch. Each time we dine here, we are impressed. Today’s seasonal special was Shrimp and Grits and it did NOT disappoint! The plate was very filling and they served ample amounts of shrimp and sausage. The onions and bell peppers were sautés to perfection. The most memorable part was our server, Devin. It was evident he enjoys people. He was attentive and friendly; always with a smile. His wait-service is the best we’ve experienced at First Watch…now that’s what brings me back week after week: a wonderful dining experience. Thank you!

First time here. Great every thing. All staff was awesome. Good had great mix of flavors. Will definitely be back.

Gio was excellent. There was a slight issue with my meal coming late and he made everything right.

I was inconvenienced THREE times by this location.
1- Their full menu isn’t truly online. I had a large order with items that were not shown on their app or website such as the salmon aged Benedict and the Ham & Gruyère Melt sandwich. I called and was told I had to come to the restaurant to order items not seen online.
2 -Inconvenient but I went to the restaurant to place my order. I asked if I could come back later to pick it up. The hostess said yes, that they would communicate with the kitchen to start the order later however, they did not. I received a call from someone named Erica who did not introduce her title. She told me that the kitchen already started my order and that they couldn’t hold off on making it. She then told me that she wished I would have spoken to HER and that I needed to leave my phone number so that maybe my order could have been made at my requested time. I asked her if this was my problem because it was not. ( It is poor communication between the front and kitchen and I should not be inconvenienced by coming back before my requested time. Additionally this all could have been avoided if the it app/website listed ALL available items). I told Erica that I would be back at 11:30 (30 minutes from when the call was made).

3- I CAME BACK AT 11:20 AND WAITED 20+ MINUTES AND MY ORDER WASNT EVEN READY.

This interaction would absolutely FAIL a marketing/ Customer service audit. The demographic for this location is too specific and demanding for this behavior to take place. I would caution management to train their employees on how to take accountability, NOT INCONVENIENCE THE CUSTOMER, and also update their online website offerings…or at least allow orders to be made on the phone.

Food was incredible. Menu was interesting and ingredients were fresh. Service was friendly but slow but it was a busy Sunday so moderately understandable. Million dollar bacon is a slam dunk!

What sets this place apart is the exceptional service, particularly from our waitress Farah which I’d like to complement for her friendly demeanor and helpful menu guidance made our dining experience memorable. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customers. First Catch is more than just a restaurant; it's a place where good food and excellent service come together seamlessly. A definite must-visit!

Liz was amazing and being a solo person dining I still got service if I was a full table . Keep being amazing Liz 💕💕💕 The double crunch limited time only Tacos were amazing
