Food was good (lobster crispy rice was great, short rib, and appetizers) but definitely overpriced. I had the grouper form prix fixe but it was too salty. Everyone else liked the steak and burger. The server was nice so I don't think his fault but service was EXTREMELY slow. It took 15-20 minutes just to be seated even with a confirmed reservation, then another like 45 for appetizers, some orders were wrong or drinks would be forgotten, etc.

First time here. Very pleased with food and service. Had the lobster salad on rice toast as appetizer...very yummy. Had Steak Frites and Grilled Salmon as entrees, both perfectly cooked and delicious. Server was excellent. Will be back.

Our server was awesome!!! He was very informative, friendly and attentive. We ordered beef empanadas and the cauliflower apps, they were delicious! I ordered a salmon and I thought it was okay, my bf ordered the smash burger and he enjoyed it very much! Ambiance is very cute, we sat outside and overall enjoyed our dinner date night!

My husband order the ribeye rare and when they brought it, was well done we mentioned to the waiter and he looked annoyed and said ok I'll give you another one. When he finally got what he ordered it was more fat than meat. We mentioned to the waiter who was more annoyed and asked if we wanted something else. We just ask for the check and he brought it he apologized and said he didn't charge us for the ribeye and gave us $50 off. Thank you but I didnt care about paying I was just expecting a good dinner and good service especially cause it was my wife birthday.

We have been staying at the hotel for the full weekend. We have eaten at the Galley each day of our stay. Every dish was just as expected or better, so we kept coming back. The staff was great at meeting our every request as well. We highly recommend that you add a stop here when you visit.

My experience here was nothing short of amazing from the ambience to the service and the food omg 1000-10 the food from appetizers drinks entrees was amazing I had a crab cake fillet mignon mash potatoes and asparagus I'll definitely will be returning.

Highly recommend The Galley at Hilton West Palm Beach. Patio seating was very nice. Heather was exceptional as our waiter. She answered our questions and recommended the salmon and beef back ribs which turned out to be excellent choices. We loved our experience/meal at The Galley at the Hilton.
