A MAZING! Got 3 cupcakes to try. Vanilla Almond Funfetti, Chocolate Ganache, and Salted Caramel Banana. All 3 were sooo, so, sooo good! But… the Salted Carmel Banana cupcake was out of this world! Truly the best cupcake I’ve ever had. They were so nice, and helpful! 10 out of 10! 5 stars! A must try!!!

This bakery epitomizes deliciousness. I used to frequent it for their cupcakes until I discovered their coconut rum bundt cake. Now that's my exclusive choice there. The owners are extremely cordial. I’d been dying to go to Ganache since the first time I sampled their DELICIOUS… DEEEELICIOUS cakes, at the walking food tour. And they did not disappoint. Every chance I get when I’m in west palm, down from Jupiter where I live, I stop in to get some yummy pastries and mostly the cake. Whenever my mom is here from New York we drive down from Jupiter to get cupcakes bcs she was with me on the food tour and also just LOVES their cakes and pastries. I plan on asking them to make my cake when I get married *fingers crossed*

The 18th anniversary cake I ordered from Jamal and staff was the second cake. I have ordered from Ganache Bakery… It’s truly a piece of art. Everything they create is something that should be on display in a museum. It’s so beautiful… The taste on the inside is ! super moist layers upon layers of deliciousness! Jamal is a world class baker, but he's also a world class person. I've bought a few birthday cakes from him over the years when we were living in West Palm Beach. One time he was slightly delayed in getting the cake done (understandable given how in-demand he is) and he personally delivered it to our house!!! Unbelievable! Let me begin by stating that you will love everything you order from Jamal Lake and the team at Ganache Bakery. Whether it's their cupcakes, macarons, or celebration cakes, their quality ingredients, design details, and passion for baking delectable desserts are ever-present.
We first met Jamal in March 2024 for a wedding cake consultation. He took the time not only understand what we wanted for our wedding cake, he took the time to learn about us as people. It is as though knowing who you are baking for adds that unlisted ingredient to make your dessert even more special.
Our special request was that the wedding cake needed to be 100% gluten free for myself and other guests. When we later met Jamal for our cake tasting, he provided each of us three gluten free cupcakes in the flavors we wanted to sample. They were incredible! So moist, so flavorful. We had a difficult time choosing two of them for our wedding cake.
Jamal asked for some design samples so he could deliver us the dream wedding cake. He was so kind and generous of his time. What surprised me the most was how affordable our wedding cake was! For a couple who planned and paid for our own wedding, this was a welcome gift in a time when it was most needed. It only affirmed we made the right choice selecting Ganache Bakery for our wedding.
Our wedding was held at the North Palm Beach Country Club and the Farmer's Table there. I happened to be in the reception room when Jamal delivered the cake—free delivery by the way!—and it was stunning. Jamal always has a smile and he was so happy to bring us this gift. We couldn't wait to dig in!
So many people raved about our wedding cake and the taste mirrored its appearance. After the ceremony, we packaged any leftover cake including the top tier. Jamal even offered to help vacuum seal our top tier so we could properly enjoy it on our first anniversary in May 2025. This may be a small detail but it makes all the difference. Jamal did this to his own wedding cake! He surprised people when they ate this one-year-old cake and thought it was freshly made.
We couldn't be more appreciative of Jamal and the team at Ganache Bakery. You'll love them as much as we do!

Reviews like this one are challenging because I want to convey the awesomeness of Ganache while being balanced enough to sound sincere. First, Jamal could not be nicer or easier to work with. He made the whole experience positive, smooth and just low maintenance. Further, not only is he a pleasure but he is very creative. He understood exactly what we wanted the cake to look like only better. And the cake was beautiful. Everyone was talking about it. Both people who were at our luncheon and people who only saw pictures.. And finally the cake was delicious. We did strawberry shortcake flavor and it was wonderful. We ate 75% of the cake at the party and then finished it off during the week and it held up well for days. Did I mention he made it gluten free to accommodate a serious allergy? Well he did that too. We found our cake place and will use Ganache again and again. And you should too!

Very kind service and a small interior that serves rather large cupcakes with multiple flavors.I had the chocolate ganache, which I think is one of their best flavors; however, the cupcakes are almost sickeningly sweet and I couldn't finish mine.Their carrot flavor is also quite tasty but once more the loads of overly sweet frosting aren't worth it.Lastly, the coconut flavor was lacking in flavor and somehow, the frosting on this cupcake was even sweeter.Each cupcake costs $6 which is white pricey, especially when a large part of the cupcake is frosting.
