Great food, but at a premium price. Parking used to be free, but now ParkMobile took over the parking lot and you have to pay. Less likely to return because of this.

Sad. They changed to pay parking. Greedy so I’ll go elsewhere.
Parking: Changed recently to paid parking.
Good concept, but for how understaffed each booth is, they should probably follow the business model of sistrunk market place. Ordering from the table via QR code eliminates the booths that have one staff meme we (on a Friday night) to stop making food to take orders. As well, the customer can sit wherever they want and not wait around waiting for their food and can more easily order from multiple locations. For a Friday night, all booths were slow because they are understaffed and the vibe inside was boring.

In the past this has been a great spot. I used to come here for lunch and to work sometimes on the weekdays. A couple things have changed recently that have made me less interested in visiting:
- they now have pay-to-park which is just another cash grab by the folks currently ruining west palm and scheming to extract another 10% out of you year after year
- horrible wifi with the wrong password distributed on tables
- because of the above its usually empty and un-interesting these days
So to the mgmt of Grandview, please take your customers interests to heart and maybe we'll come back

My experience at Joi Poke and Sushi was beyond unsatisfactory. I waited more than 25 mins, and ended up cancelling my one poke bowl, with two people after me being served ahead of me. The employees were more interested in discussing their own lunches than serving mine, and not focused on their orders. The other 4 people in my family ordered at different stations and received/finished their food before mine was even close to being served.
Unless you enjoy receiving your food after your entire family has already finished eating, I would not recommend supporting this establishment.

If I could give zero stars to Grandview Marketplace (S&B Signature Events - Events & Hospitality) I would. Trying to book this venue for my engagement party was an absolute nightmare, all thanks to their so-called "coordinator," Samantha Perkins. Her customer service is beyond terrible. She's unprofessional, unresponsive, and clearly doesn't care about her clients.
After reaching out to her several times with questions, I was met with complete silence. It's been over a week since my last email, and she has blatantly ghosted me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with events as important as an engagement party.
If you're considering this venue, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The lack of communication and care you'll receive from Samantha is infuriating and completely unprofessional. I regret even wasting my time with Grandview Marketplace. They don't deserve your business.

Great little Venue.
The Ramen lab is amazing! Only place I visit.
Wish they had better food options. Haven't been to any of the activities like music bingo, yoga, and more.
Great low key scene for families or group of friends to enjoy.

Opened in 2018, Grandview Public Market is Palm Beach county's first food hall. It is the brain child of Chris and Kristen Villa who modeled it on New York's Chelsea Market. Grandview is located in the 85,000 square foot warehouse district, a cluster of six mid century warehouses built between 1925 and 1974 located a mile south of City Place. When you arrive you can avail yourself of their complimentary valet parking but I easily found free parking on the street.
In addition to the great places to eat, Grandview also has boutiques and event space. Since opening Grandview has gone through changes. Out is celebrity chef Dale Talde and in is the current lineup that includes Clare's Kitchen, Bar Habour, Sugar Milk, Pizza Paradise, Zipitios Tacos, Lokanta, Poke Lab Eatery, Ramen Lab, Lechon Tropical, and Pumphouse Coffee. Once you get your food you can eat inside at the Living Room that hosts art exhibits or on the outside patio called the Loading Dock that overlooks a vintage abandoned rail loading dock. For unique shopping there is the gift boutique Quinn or Gypsy Life Surf Shop.
Grand View Public Market is part of a larger area overhaul that includes Steam Horse, a craft beer brewery, that pays tribute to the trains that used to run through the district. Whether you are craving crepes, ramen, burgers, pizza, ice cream, coffee, or tacos, they have all this and more. The market is open daily from 7 AM to 11 PM. Grandview was a great find and I loved my visit. I will definitely be back to try the other food vendors.
