Awesome burger! A new favorite spot for me. Nice location, atmosphere, and really good food. They have a really long bar with tons of seating, making it a great spot whether you’re with a group or solo. Will definitely be coming back.

Grease used to be great. They have recently made the 'standard' size burgers smaller. Shrinkflation at its finest. They also somewhat recently started adding lettuce and tomato to the specialty burgers like the Sweet Caroline (BBQ sauce, White Cheddar, and bacon). This wouldn't be as much of an issue if they had updated their menu to reflect the addition of new ingredients. That way I would know to request excluding those. Who puts lettuce on a BBQ burger?Atmosphere is nice enough for a bar, and the service is decent.

The restaurant lives up to its name, ordered the Brinkman burger and I had to use 4 napkins! It was delicious. Service was great too. Very nice selection of beers as well.

If the first impressions are important and the first 8-12 seconds the decision is made to buy from someone, West Palm Beach will forever be memorable experience.. this is just hours into day one ?#greaseburger delivered most negative experiences wrapped up in one. What started out as a wonderful afternoon, sunny, slight breeze and an afternoon setting for lunch… rapidly went south..Sitting behind us was a man eating lunch and who we could over hear talking with local security officers…Over heard that he could not pay and needed paramedics.“ I’m a veteran, been shot three times and I have problems “after the third time I left my seat and went told the officers he was my guest and I would be paying. Not wanting to miss an opportunity to just connect with the man, I stood there talking with and once again repeated the story .. I explained I had heard him and that I wanted to introduce myself to him,So I proceeded to sit in the adjacent chair, only for the the front leg of the chair to fail. Found myself sitting on the concrete and as I was getting up realized the man was sitting there eating all while feces was all under his chair and it had been dropping out of his shorts..As described by those with me, chicken wing size ..So proceeded to go inside the establishment to wash my hands and of course soap dispenser…”Empty”I then decided not to pay !!!The manager was informed and he was moving the patrons outside to inside due to a situation,We tried sitting inside only for the smell inside and now the overall atmosphere was changed..So we went to Lenora’s …Set outside to enjoy the setting…. Hour n half later grease management had yet to clean all the feces from their area and just tried covering the droppings with tissue or paper towels.. only for it to drift away due to the breeze..The manager had no clue what to do… when we left the particular area it was all still sitting there with every fly from West Palm Beach

We heard about this FSU bar called Grease and had to try it on our pub crawl. The long long liquor bar was amazing. The beer menu took up the entire back wall. We met with the bartender Rachel who was fabulous. We ordered a Grease Bacon Jam Burger with a cold Cigar City Jai Alai beer. Everything tasted amazing and will be back.

I was excited to go here, because the menu looks so amazing. None of the items we ordered were that good. It has a craft type menu, but it when the food came out, it looked and tasted like a school cafeteria cooked it. The biggest disappointments were my burger and the fire fries. I got the “Brinkman” cooked medium well (I prefer medium, but on my first time I didn't want to order medium and get medium rare like a lot of burger places do), it came out well done. It had probably been sitting for a while because it wasn't hot and the cheese hadn't melted and adhered to the meat. Someone messed up and sent regular fries instead of the fire fries, they quickly fixed it (props to our server). When he brought the fire fries, he said to be careful because the plate was really hot. I was expecting the “Artery Blocker 5000” and got old fries with sriracha soaked into the fries because it had been sitting for a while, they were not fresh and not that great. They also have whiskey bar mentioned on their website menu. So, I was hoping to get an impressive whiskey list, I didn't get one at all. The bar looked like a standard American restaurant bar. Ultimately, this place doesn't live up to how they appear online. Maybe it was a bad night for the kitchen, but unfortunately to blunder as bad as they did on my first night, I won't be back.
