Hallelujah's Kitchen

I ordered expecting a Haitian restaurant, but it turned out to be a food truck. Paid $21 for dry griot with undercooked rice and no gravy at all. The mac & cheese was just pasta mixed with mayo—no flavor.

When I picked up my food, the worker offered me legume. I told him I don’t want but that I had ordered griot. Later I realized maybe they were trying to give me the legume as gravy. But why not just ask me what gravy I wanted? I still won’t take the legume because I don’t like it . When ordering Haitian food, I’ve always received at least a little gravy on the side from other restaurants.

The service was friendly, but the food was not worth it.I won’t return.

For the third year in a row we have used Hallelujah's Kitchen for our annual employee event in Delray. We love working with them. They do amazing on-site catering.

We catered this food here for a baby shower today and it was reallly good! 10/10. We had white rice, black rice, turkey, legume, salad, plantains, and macaroni. Each were excellent. Everyone loved what we ordered. I would order from them anytime as long as the quality remains the same.

Not a clean place and the food not presentable. The legumes very small not even a piece of meat. The black beans so small with a lot of white rice. Not likings it I’m not going back there again

The best pâté kodé (haitian patty) i have ever had in the USA. It felt like i stepped in a time portal and got this at my moms kitchen or in Haiti. Truly delicious and so fresh. I will be back here again and again and again. My life has changed. Merci!!!

Me and my wife come here when we come from out of town. The food is flavorful and they give hearty portion sizes. I met the owner and i believe that he is a Man of God who cares about his community and his staff. Can’t say enough this place it’s truly blessed. Amen.

Booked them for our large school black history festival and when I say they over delivered. The students and staff had to be peeled away so the next group could come it was so yummy, fast and very easy to work with definitely booking them again. That food was the bomb!
