First I called. Spoke to a young man, told him what I wanted. Then, when it was time to pick up my order. There was in older man in front of counter. I told him I'm here for pick up. I ordered griot senp and akra. He questioned me all confused. I stated my ordered again. Then, he rudely disrespected me. It not my first order food from them. Sometimes I’m happy with my food and other time the food is a disappointment but I just brushed it off . I would either a bit from it or just trash the whole thing. Never left a bad. Tonight was it for me.

I order 2 fried porks and rice and beans. The fried pork was extremely hard. I couldn’t even eat it. I literally had to throw it away. If it wasn’t after 8 I would’ve went back up there. I stay 20 mins away from the restaurant so I wouldn’t have made it back in time before they closed. This was the worse experience ever. Any other time the food is fabulous but last night it was horrible.

Run, don’t walk! This Haitian restaurant is pure authenticity and comfort. I’m still dreaming about the rice (diri djon djon) and pikliz 🤤. I also had griot and fried turkey was tasted so good. Every dish was truly 5-star, and the service was exceptional. . Highly, highly recommended!

Me & my Mom ABSOLUTELY LOVE Happy Kitchen! Their customer service is AMAZING AND the food and portion sizes are GREAT! The owners are so nice!! They gave us extra sides b/c our to go order was running a little behind! Let me tell you, it was definitely worth the wait! Happy Kitchen has customers for life! Haitian cuisine at its finest!

Drove 15mins after reading reviews and seeing the restaurant was open online just to get here for the restaurant to be closed. Bad customer service. If your going to close business for today at least put a sign or note on the door stating yall close 🙄🙄
So delicious! The star of the show is their macaroni! So flavorful! The griot was tender and fresh, but not as seasoned as I'm used to. The plantains were cooked perfectly as well as the fish! If we were in the area again, we would eat here again!
