No other chicken or seafood in the world does it like hooks. I've been coming here forever now and I only order the same thing cause it's too good everytime. I have no doubt in my mind the other food is good, but I'll save the experience of their trying their other food for later when I'll eventually somehow get tired of the same meal. 10/10 I don't wanna go anywhere else when I go all out on dinner

The best hooks I've ever visited, by far. I felt quite welcomed by my server Tiffany, who was really kind and courteous. She is incredibly tolerant and always smiles when she greets someone. The meal was quite tasty and substantial. I definitely received the best value for my money, and I'll be back for more! :)

By far the best hooks I've ever been to. My server Tiffany was so nice and polite, I felt so welcome. She greets everyone with a smile and is very patient. The food was absolutely delicious and filling. Definitely got the bang for my buck and forsure will be returning for more ! :)

I visited the establishment for lunch today. I ordered ahead for puckup and as I entered the obnoxious, arrogant simple witch at the register named tiffany did not acknowledge me at all. She actually acted as if I was invisible but I knew that was not the case because I was dressed in purple from head to ankles. She politely bid a man a great day as he wisked by me on his way out which left no one else in the store, however she began to converse with the other employees and even took an incoming call. Still nothing to me. Another customer rushed in and she politely greeted her and began servicing her as i stood there and stated that i too was there to pick up an order. Her uncivilized, unprofessional response was unbelievable. Her behavior was typical of one with a mental imbalance. She was without a doubt targeting me for a confrontation; not understanding that I am an Israelite and so is she. She needs to repent and recognize who the real enemy is, because im too busy praying for the destruction of Babylon, while she's thinking Babylon is her paradise. Interesting. Because if not for my ancestors who paved the way; she wouldNOT be here in babylon. The smoke had already cleared. Even though there are a few civilized and kind employees that have always treated me kind; I will NEVER support this business and I will spread the word to my associates who also were loyal customers. TREAT your customers with the respect they deserve or dig a damn ditch...itch!In respinse to your followup......NO I was not on my phone when I entered. I was looking at my phone to confirm order was ready. I walked in and went directly to the window and Tiffany ignored me period, she always has a foul attitude towards certain customers. I refuse to spend my money at establishments that provide bad behavior. I am a peaceable person who lives an ISRAELITE lifestyle. I don't have time for war with my people; our oppressor has that covered.

This is definitely one of the best fastfood seafood restaurants I've been to! The food is great! The staff is really friendly and professional. The restaurant is clean. I didn't check the bathroom, but I didn't see anything that indicated any sort of issue. The area seems relatively safe and quiet. Once again, the food is great! The spice blend they season over the dish is absolutely mouth watering! If you are in the mood for something quick and comfy you will be pleased with your experience here! Cheers, and God Bless!

While I was dining on the patio they came to check to see if I was okay and if I needed anything. For a fast food restaurant that was pretty impressive. I'll definitely be coming back. 10000/10.
