I am not a new customer to Fish and hooks I’ve been going there for years. Unfortunately, their food has went downhill. My family ordered fish, one being snapper, which was freezer, burnt overly season In which I asked him not to season it because it was for my grandmother. My mother’s fish was extremely fishy. It smelled very bad as if it was old. I’m so disappointed a waste of money they did not eat none of their food. I felt terribly horrible for my grandmother and my mother. She’s an older lady, and she can’t eat all of that season. The french fries are soggy drenched in oil. The food is deplorable. Even the inside behind the counters in the kitchen is dirty it’s not clean. They have more concerned with the business and the money instead of Service in preparing freshly made clean food. They refried the chicken there and it’s just a horrible place to eat at this point. I hate to leave bad reviews but this is the truth.

The woman at the drive-through window was very helpful so I gave her a five dollar cash tip. This was my first visit here and unfortunately, the food was inedible. Everything was slathered in salt. Won’t be back. Gave a two star rating on one star food because of the very nice cashier.

Drive through service slow window people playful and messed up my order. charged for what I order but gave another less an item. Chicken was over cooked and meat appeared old. Was hot container open in bag food almost fell out when opened

Decided to grab a quick bite before headed to the hotel. The food was o.k. Doubtful that the 'catfish' was catfish. I swear it was tilapia. The crust was perfectly crunchy, but just lacked flavor. What's not disappointing here is the price, about $10 a plate! You won't find a better value. It's just not a place I'm ever gonna crave to come back to. The staff was great.

This hooks was in West Palm Beach Florida. They don't give you coleslaw free with your meals. But in Deerfield Beach you get coleslaw automatically. It's not an extra cost
