I want to leave a review for the amazing customer service the supervisor Raquailp gave me. She went above and beyond with my order. Very polite and eager to help to make sure customers are having a great experience at Hooters. The food was amazing as always (smoked Caribbean jerk wings). Helen the server was very good too.Best customer service I’ve had in a restaurant

Not the Hooters I once remember. The food is still good, but that's it. The waitresses act like there doing you a favor by talking to you or serving you.There are a lot better places.

Horrible eating experience and to be antagonized by the management and entire kitchen staff because you tried to point out that your food was cold and they should try to communicate better to get food out in a timely manner. Will not recommend. If you do decide to go keep your opinion to yourself.

Hands down best Hooters we've been to yet! Drinks stayed full & food came out fast and hot. Absolutely spotless inside & staff was super friendly. Out server Piper was great & we had the pleasure of meeting Darius(regional manager) who happened to be visitng.visiting. 10/10

Man, what a fall from grace. Hooters used to be THE place to go. Now, the restaurant is dead and the service is slow to non existent. Plus they have this crazy new policy that no one may consume more than three drinks. Even if you took an Uber there to be safe. We left and went to Twin Peaks just down the road who was more than happy to have our business

Amazing experience. Thank you Sam, for your exquisite service! Came in for something to eat and ended up staying for hours chatting and enjoying the atmosphere. Great time, good food and amazing service. Friday nights are where it’s at! Sam is the best!

Bathroom was absolutely nasty no paper towels and piss all over the floor food took over an hour it was not even tht busy so I couldn’t understand whyFood looked like absolute garbage manager did comp the whole meal so if thy clean up and get better ticket times id go back
Food was great, service was great, but the kitchen staff needs work. Our food came out one dish at a time, and kept us waiting. Usually when ordering as a table, and ordering side dishes with a meal, it all comes out at once. It didn't this time!

Located near the WPB Outlets, Hooters bring you back for the great food. They just have it right. We were seated immediately. Place was half full and kept getting filled. All sorts of puns for Hooters were on the walls and it was fun reading them also on the menus. We got a large booth and our server was the sweetest girl. She took our order, corrected any issues, and served us with the biggest smile the entire time. The food is consistently delicious, and we come back over and over again. Thanks for a perfectly delicious night.Buffalo Shrimp Platter - favorite!!!!!!Side celery, side ranch, side hot ghost pepper sauceBuild Your Own Burger - double patty, so goodKids Burger Sliders - both are juicy little burgers

I ordered to go. They brought me my food and walked off. Didn't wait for me to check it and didn't ask if I needed anything else. I guess if I were a man the service would be better. I've went to different Hooters in different states and I can say. The service sucks the same. Unfortunately they are the only ones that I know of that sell breaded Buffalo wings with good flavors and I've been at Hooters for at least 30 years.

Think they overlooked our online order, just didn't want to admit it. Took excessively longer than promised to be ready, and no explanation as to why it was taking the extra time. Absolutely HORRENDOUS service and treatment of a customer. Definitely will not go there again.
