IHOP in West Palm Beach is a typical location of the chain restaurant. The staff, including the manager, are friendly and attentive. However, the restaurant often struggles with understaffing, leading to delays in food service. Despite this, the food is decent, although the atmosphere feels a bit dated. One notable exception is Carmen, a exceptional staff member who goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel comfortable and receive their food promptly. Without her, the experience might be just average. The food is classic IHOP fare, not particularly visually appealing, but satisfying nonetheless. With some improvements to staffing and management, this IHOP could reach its full potential.
