I came in and saw a lone server/cook/greeter working his rear off making sure everyone was taken care of while promptly greeting me. He finished with a customer and took my to-go order quickly and accurately. My man Anthony got me in and out in 15 minutes and I’ve got to give him props for handling everything so well.

I ordered to go food at 140 Valentina said it would be 10mins since they were not busy. I waited until almost 215 for my meal when I asked for my money back as I didn’t want the food another lady told me well we made it so u have you take it. Won’t be coming back to this location. When ask for a manager I was told there was no manager.

Decided to stop into Ihop after an 16hr shift. Ordered coffee but there was no flavored creamer i was told, ordered steak tips, ask for fried eggs hard, received to opposite, added in a side of avocado, received bruised avocado that looked as if my 3yr granddaughter sliced them . I would assumed the food as well presentation would have been pleasant , @7:30 a.m. Guess not Huh

Tonight on new years eve we went in at 4 am. Only one table was sitting down on NO ONE came to us to ask us what we wanted. We were standing for 10 mins straight when a worker (didn’t seem like one) stood up from a table and sat us down. The one waitress never bothered on asking us for drinks waters or even saying good evening. She wouldn’t even look at us after passing at 2ft from us. Ridiculous. After 30 minutes we stood up and left. She saw us walking out and didn’t say a word. Someone else in the back asked if we were leaving and we said “we have to” and didn’t even say bye. Scum workers. Place stinks too, our table wasn’t even cleaned

I placed an order through Ubereats and came to pick up my breakfast. The hostess advised me my order was being bagged when the order was clearly on the stand. Another hostess approached me and I asked her if the order was my order she says yes. She asked me if I paid I said yes and she proceeds to tell me to take the order. The service here is terrible. Not only could I have taken someone else’s order, there was no verification that I paid. Hand me my order. Smh. Do not go here.

Stay far away from this place. Ihop is circling the drain fast and it definitely shows at this location. The place wasn’t busy at all and our food took over an hour, came out wrong , service was poor, and food sucked. We heard arguments break out in the kitchen , it was chaotic and disorganized. Stay away.
