Linda was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we sat down, she was on top of everything. I didn’t have to ask for a single thing—she already had it at the table before I even thought about it. She was kind, polite, and made the whole experience feel easy and smooth. On top of that, she was going from table to table making it all look effortless. You can tell she really cares about her customers. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had at IHOP!

I don't even want to think about the biologicals in the carpet. Look up at the climate control system I bet you there's a half inch of Filth on the duct work.
The restroom was worn out 6 years ago.
The food however is banging!

The service is hit or miss. If she just came in she's on it, if she's on her way out you are...
