I have been coming here for more than 20 years I have always enjoyed the food and service but my Last few experiences was a little bit disappointing the seafood pasta was almost all salmon I have had this dish numerous times and it never had salmon or very little my wife ordered a apperol spirits her favorite drink they did not put a orange slice in it, and may of forgot the champagne mentioned it to the waiter and he acted as if he didn't understand

We have frequently gone to Bellagios Restaurant inWest Palm Beach Fl for lunch. Today on 4/19/24 @ 3:15 pm we asked to be seated in one of their private rooms for lunch, the servers were very accommodating but when they asked the mgr.he would not allow us to be seated in the private room although the restaurant was empty. We have frequently gone to this Bellagios Restaurant for lunch and was always allowed the private room. I explained to the mgr the reason we asked for a private room was someone in our party has (ALS) Lou Gehrig Disease and wanted privacy,but the mgr. still would not accommodate us. We had lunch nearby and as we were leaving it is now 4:30 and the private rooms are still empty. We will not be going to Bellagios in West Palm in the future.

Great cappuccino, pastries, little pricey, cashless so bring your plastic, high service fee on the use of the card. If they force you to use a credit card, they shouldn't charge you a fee.

Old location was way better! More interesting, low lighting to make a nice ambiance. This new location prices went way up, looks like you are eating in a food court at the mall, bright and noisy, cocktails are expensive and has no alcohol .

This is a regular stop for us anytime we fly into PBI. They moved to the opposite side of the water feature in City Place which had us concerned. But, it's still the same great food, great service, and now even more outdoor seating with a quasi outdoor bar area. All the pastas are delicious, the pizza is delicious, our favorite salad is the Greca, and the cod livornese is still my favorite dish.
First time at the new location, not a fan of the new vibe. We received our appetizers after the main dish because we had to ask two times. i enjoyed my Salmon dish and will be back.
