A man and a young woman were working behind the counter. I was ready to order and the man ignored me to talk to his friend that just walked in. The young woman pointed at me and said something to the guy, but he still ignored me, talking to his friend. Finally the young woman helped me and wrapped up my fish order. Went to the register to pay, and the friend of the guy behind the counter had his order rung up first. The other customer then got onto his phone and had a conversation, instead of paying, while I waited to pay. I suggested that I was ready to pay and could go, and the man behind the counter ignored me again.
The service here is terrible. Can I give 0 stars?

Have been coming to this seafood market for a few years. Prices are competitive with Whole Foods but the quality and service is 10000x better. Ask for the Scallop chunks to make an easy pasta dish / the Scottish Salmon is prob

A bit pricey. Not big selection.

Got a dozen oysters and they give 3 extra, out of the 15 only 4 was good. I just put all in the trash. Also took 30 minutes drive to get there.

Very strong odor, meaning seafood is not fresh

This place is an awesome find. I'm eating healthy and This is my weekly stop for fresh seafood. I haven't found fresher fish and a better selection anywhere. The friendly and helpful staff are a bonus. Don't forget to tip.

Purchased live Blue Crabs. The staff allowed me to pick my own. When I cooked the crabs there were full of sweet crab meat. I will definitely shop here regularly and will recommend to others.

This seafood place is a hidden gem. We got some blue crabs and some squid and they are so fresh. 7 lbs of blue crabs and 2 lbs of squid for only $72. The lady that helped us with our purchase was so nice and helpful. We highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back when we are in the area.

We were on vacation and looking for fresh seafood to fix that wasn’t overpriced. Definately Independent Seafood is the place to go. We cooked Mahi Mahi and gulf shrimp and they were delicious
While we were there we went to the food truck. We got oyster poor boys which were the best we ever had. Employees were very friendly and nice seating area to enjoy them. We will definately go back when we are in West Palm.

Great local spot that is open to the public. Easy to miss its location. They even had live crawfish which was a nice surprise for our seafood boil. Fair prices. Would recommend

The best retail fish market in WPB! Excellent service staff very knowledgeable. And the food truck across the street is great too for lunch.
