INTI Peruvian Cuisine

I truly wish I were writing a different review because the food here is genuinely excellent. Every dish we ordered was flavorful, well prepared, and worth the price. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience completely overshadowed the quality of the food.

I celebrated my birthday here with a party of 13, and from start to finish, we were there for three hours. There were only two servers working, and it showed. We waited nearly an hour just to receive water because the restaurant had run out of cups. Appetizers took just as long to arrive, and at several points it felt like our table had been completely forgotten.

What’s most disappointing is that I was never informed there would be three other large parties booked at the same time. Had I known, I would have scheduled my reservation for later in the day. Clear communication could have completely changed the outcome of this experience.

At the end of the night, I was “comped” a single glass of Chardonnay, which unfortunately felt more dismissive than thoughtful given the circumstances.

It’s truly unfortunate because the kitchen clearly delivers incredible food. However, the lack of organization and communication makes it hard to justify returning, especially for a special occasion.

An amazing experience, service was amazing food was different but tasty however, too pricey

I attended a special Yelp chef’s tasting event and From the moment we walked in, everything felt elevated, intentional, and beautifully curated. The atmosphere was warm and festive, but still intimate enough to actually connect and catch up with people. It was such a treat seeing old friends while experiencing something that felt special… not just another dinner out.

The food? Next level.

We were served a variety of Peruvian-inspired dishes and every single one was thoughtful and packed with flavor. Highlights included tender beef heart perfectly seasoned heart (trust me… don’t skip it), incredible seafood risotto that was rich & creamy and honestly stole the show, and the most refreshing corvina ceviche with calamari and sweet potato mash. Bright, fresh, and beautifully balanced. Each bite felt like its own little experience.

You could tell the kitchen really cared. Nothing felt rushed or ordinary.

Top-notch experience. Great food, great people, great energy. Exactly the kind of night you hope for when you say “special event.”

Would absolutely attend again.

Had an amazing experience at Inti Peruvian Cuisine today. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented — you can really tell they take pride in every dish. The environment and ambience were very nice, warm, and welcoming. The service was excellent; everyone was attentive and made us feel well taken care of. The prices were fair for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend!

When you first come in, you feel like you just left west palm beach and went to Peru quaint and charming warm. Our server Luca was smiling and happy to tell us the menu which had many things to choose from. they started out with some chicken soup that was brought to the table, Which had some incredible taste. also corn nuts with plantains. so good to start the meal. for our app. we had Pulpo Anticuchero. Very tasty. For our Entre Arroz con Mariscos. Fantastic. Dessert was chocolate cake with Lece dulce WOW. Great date night and special friends. Can't wait to come back.

Amazing food could not recommend more strongly! Ceviches and Jaleo mixto were high lighter.

We love the cilantro chicken soup (aguadito), enough for one of us to order it as an entree! Everyone gets a complimentary sample of it as a welcome. The leche de tigre is delicious with its lime marinade , even though our family are not ceviche aficionados. Cabrito a la Norteña (braised lamb shank) and Lomo Saltado (sauteed filet mignon) were both tasty and tender. Yuca a la Huancaina and Anticuchos (grilled beef heart slices) are yummy appetizers. The Arroz con Mariscos (Peruvian paella) was substantial and good.

This Restaurant was Amazing and it's staff were truly amazing and of a culture of excellence when it came to greeting, service, hospitality, food and beverage quality, atmosphere etc. Thank for not only a great meal but thank you for allowing us the opportunity to share in such an opulent experience

We arrived about 20 minutes earl, but we were immediately greeted by Lucas. The entire staff were so accommodating that made we were seated and pampered. I left a message through this app and Lucas immediately responded knowing my Mum could not have spicy food it was his top mission. Separating spices from dishes and educating us on tge different selections. Overall this was an exceptional experience. Through the evening if not Lucas or Nicolous ( Sorry if I butchered your name) as well as the hostess and a gentleman who seemed like the Owner or atleast Management checked on us engaged in conversation and made it an evening to remember. For tge average person it may seem a little pricey but based on the quality of the food and drinks, it was absolutely worth the cost. I want to Thank the entire staff at INTI for an Outstanding Experience!

My husband and I try a different restaurant every week. This hidden gem surprised us. Every bite was amazing. 10/10 will go back.
