They have potential. I tried the conch fritters and they were pretty large and they give you a lot for what you pay.. however they were mostly bread and lacked flavor, like it was missing seasonings and herbs. Next time I may try the salmon bites dinner.

If you ever see this food truck try it. Trust me you won't be disappointed. The j*** chicken was freaking awesome. The guy's are very friendly which makes it even better. Again try it!!!!

The crackling conch and fries were good. I just wish there were more conch in the conch salad, but it was very flavorful with just enough spice. The fritters were my least favorite. But I will come visit again and do recommend others to try.

They need to update their location and time because I’ve just wasted 20 minutes trying to figure out where they are located based on the address posted and the time for that specific location and still could not find it I’m very disappointed because I was looking forward to trying their food.

I have been wanting to try this place ever since I came across it on instagram. However do to their location and always missing food truck events, I decided to follow them so that I can be in the know. Finally I saw that they were going to Pembroke Pines and put it in my phone so that I do not miss out! I was kind of disappointed. I ordered the conch fritters (balls) and the conch salad. Neither had any flavor. The conch fritters are more like conch balls and if you've ever had fried dumpling the inside is very similar. While they are big in size, it is all thick breading with few pieces of conch. Do not be fooled by their pictures on instagram. Whatever ingredient is in their batter causes them to puff up quite big and all you get is breading. The sauce that comes with it is delicious though. You need some type of sauce with that thick breading. The conch salad I was highly disappointed about. It didn't have the flavor that I was looking for. She asked if I wanted spicy or mild juice but it was nothing spicy about the juice. The juice tasted like that Real Lemon juice out of the bottle. I saw that they had it sitting in a bottle with peppers but none of that "heat" transferred to the juice. In addition to all of that, it also lacked seasoning. I don't want conch salad that I have to dress up when I get home. Despite all of these negatives, one good thing about the conch salad is the amount of conch that you get. They aren't little cubed pieces of conch either. I am talking big chunks of conch. If I ever come back again, perhaps I'll try the fried conch and hope that it is seasoned. However, I will surely continue to go to my little spot in the city down in Miami when I want conch balls and conch salad. That's what I get for being lazy and not wanting to drive.

I don't normally give five stars unless the food was excellent and one of my favorite seafood dish is conch... Well if you want authentic Bahamian food this is the food truck to visit. The conch was fantastic I purchased both the Crack Conch and Conch Festival, nuff ratings to Island Boyz....
