Although the subs are tasty.....This store can't get right! I placed and online order and asked for condiments on the side instead of the sandwich. I got my food and it was dry as the desert. I called back only bc this is the second time this has been done. The manager said she was the manager and asked me what do I want her to do about it.....get my order right in which I paid for. The nerve! I will be contacting corporate as I paid my money and ask for special instructions. They threw my food in the bag and said oh well.

The quality and customer service has been great so far. I usually don’t see consistency but this place has an exceptional staff. Their service is exceptional and they are always respectful. Keep up the good work.

Ordered from Uber eats ….store did not complete order as listed on my receipt. I spoke with owner he called me a liar about the receipt I had in my hand and my food allergies Terrible customer service. He did not seem to care about me as a customer. If you want to get treated like garbage you should go here.

This specific store is amazing!!! Not only do they make the subs proper and they are so amazing.. But they are so cool and they absolutely made my day. Shout out to the crew at this location! Great crew.. Thank you again..

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION unless u want to wait 2 hours and still NOT get your food. $120 plus tip and we never received our order. We called the store to let them no and to see if they could re make it and we would pick it up. There answer was we cannot its lunch rush. We let them know we have been waiting for 2 hours and have not received our food and that was their answer. Horrible customer service. We will not be ordering from here again.

I’ve always had a good experience ordering from the app and picking up my food, however today I ordered around 6:15pm and when my food was projected to be ready I go in to receive it, only to be told by the young man working the flat top that they didn’t have my order. After getting my phone I pulled up my electronic receipt to show them I indeed had an order, and they said “someone already came to pick it up”. This is odd, as this has never happened before and no one else placed the order or had my order information but myself. I’m not sure how they gave away my order to someone with my exact name and sub. Ironically, I happened to be waiting outside for it, and after asking when was it picked up they told me “someone came in 5 minutes ago”. They offered to remake it which is expected to rectify the error, but I think there needs to be a more effective way customers receive online orders. Corporations such as Target, BJs, Publix etc ask for specific details or provide codes when someone comes to receive an order to eliminate errors such as what happened to me today. In addition, my sub was not hot or made how I ordered it (I ordered a bacon ranch sub on wheat bread which is a hot sub, my sub was cold and on white bread). No one offered any apologies for their mistake or for any misunderstandings. Simple customer service truly goes a long way, and I’ll probably only order in when the manager is working (always gives good customer service and subs are always superb).

Pleasant atmosphere & workers, I ordered wrong a steak Kahana & not the chicken Kahana the staff made it right for me w/o question, of course I felt worst than ever bc I retired from a service restaurant.?the staff was so very kind! Love the place♥️♥️?
