Order was never put in.. then Simone came in and put stuff on the counter so when finally our 2 subs were done they put the other guys order on mine…terrible confusion in there and it wasn’t even busy… good grinders, terrible service just for this one day..

Food sucked. They had no bread. Manager said you ordering miss? I had just walked in door and was told no bread so I was looking at menu. The kid made my wrap didn't know how to wrap it. It was like he was new and other 2 employees left him up front. I would never go back there. If there oven was broke they should have closed or gone and bought sub rolls somewhere.

Yeah was not impressed. First time here and probably won't go back. The subs are nothing different than other place. This place especially was having some building issues and some of the employees were to. Would rather go to firehouse subs.

So I have been going here for a few years now and it seems like this store gets a bad rap.. But I think it's not totally fair... Yes in the past there have been some issues.. But every time I have gone to this location the Food has been Amazing. The CheeseSteak The Chicken Bacon Ranch and the #13 The Italian. Are just a few of my personal favorites. The Employee's they have now are so much better then in years past..They are super friendly and Louis and Cory are super nice. They seem to be there most of the time when I go.They always make my subs perfect. I just wanted to make sure give credit where it was due. Keep up the gr8 work fellas. Best Subs around Fresh made as u order. ?
