Used to order from this spot a lot … recently orders have been totally wrong. Called for a refund when we got the totally wrong order, twice. Was told “someone will call you back” never happened. Trash service from the people that answer the phone.

I've never really been to a JJ before, so I assumed it was kinda like subway, but when I walked in I was so wrong?. A very nice tall man helped me out tho and assisted me in ordering from the menu, i got a tuna sub which was amazing, delicious, just the energy boost I needed to get thru the rest of my day. Thanks JJ, and thank you whoever you were.Vegetarian options: I did notice how there menu had a whole vegetarian sub section, which is very cool and nice to know

Ordered a blt in store and left. By the time I got to where I was going to eat, I realized they only put bacon on bread.

Service is fantastic! I had my sub within 5 minutes of ordering. Their subs are delicious! If you’re craving an Italian, this is the place to go!

This company is a prime example of why there should be such thing as zero stars. I could even imagine more mistakes if I tried. They love trophy hunting, so it makes sense why they are so incompetent.

Ordered the Tuna sub and it was all onions, hardly any tuna. Please if you want an onion sandwich then go ahead and order the tuna one. It was horrible. I will not be eating here anytime soon. I wished I could have returned it.
