i really miss the old crew from before they switched locations. your sub would be made before you finished paying. now it's very slow for a jj location. today i ordered online for lunch trying to get in and out faster. i drove from southern and jog to this location and still had to wait 8 minutes for the sub to be ready.
the food is tasty and the place is clean. the crew seems friendly enough.

Tony and the crew at Jimmy John's were absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, I was met with warm, welcoming energy and exceptional customer service. Tony was especially outstanding — he genuinely cared about making sure my experience was perfect. He took the time to listen, made sure I had everything I needed, and went above and beyond to customize my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and in making customers feel valued. This kind of service is rare and so appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The Staff tonight saved me!!! I placed my pick up order for the wrong store but instead of making me drive to the other store the staff made my order. I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff kind and professional attitude

Be careful when you order delivery!!!! Placed an order in the JJ app for delivery. After placed the order they sent my order to uber for delivery. There were multiple drivers assigned and they kept changing. I called store multiple times to Let them know I hadn’t received the order and it keeps getting reassigned to different drivers. I have screenshots showing all of it. Eventually the order was cancelled through the uber. I never got my order. So basically someone stole it. The store kept passing me around to people who did nothing and then told me they would refund. They didn’t. It’s been a month and I’ve made numerous attempts to the store and spoke to multiple “managers”. None of them have helped. Contacted JJ corporate for help and they too have not helped or done anything. Contacted the store owner who has yet to return my call or refund me. What a horrible experience and customer service. Won’t order from JJ again. Plenty of other options for food.
