I stopped by at 4pm on a Saturday and they are had already closed even though they are supposed to be open until 5.

Will never order from here again I got a Cuban sub it had 2 slices of ham a piece of cheese, bacon and a pound of mustard I throw it away the mustard over powered everything on my sub ? the manager was no help I literally just throw away 10$ and change .. I always order from here but today was a waste and he didn't even offer a refund

Wanted to give a huge thank you to the team at PB Lakes store. In a week filled with terrible restaurant service, horrible food (KFC), smaller portions (Outback Bloomin Onion - now the size of an apple) and just being so sick and tired of excuses for not serving quality food in a timely fashion- Jimmy John’s at this location was a breath of fresh air! Really quick service. Super friendly cashier, sub made with my personal choices… clean tables. Can’t say enough about how great my day was thanks to JJ on Palm Beach Lakes!!

The best Jimmy John’s experience Ive had. Kind staff that cared! My sandwich was finished by the time I paid. Overall, great vibes and left me feeling better than before. It’s a shame they aren’t making wraps anymore. Bring back the wraps!!!

The subs are excellent, especially the bread

Came here with the family after we ran a 5k were told we could split a sub then were told no we can't so now while the rest of the family eats we are not they also stated they can not give just vinegar since they premix it every morning... Meaning they do have just vinegar in the back but refuse to give a customer just vinegar if requested. This is very poor customer service.

I frequent this location as its near my work. I am very impressed by the owner of this location. He reached out to me personally to discuss my initial review, as I had a made note of a few disappointing experiences (as well as many GREAT experiences). Upon meeting him, I realized that he has been my delivery driver, many times over. I applaud his dedication to his business, and I have no doubt that he is working to improve the location. Thanks for taking the time to make things right, I really appreciated the personal touch.
