Rivales Taqueria & Craft Bar

Will never go there again. It wasn't working, the bathrooms were so hot and didn't look very clean, the food was oily and tasteless. Honestly not a very good first impression.

Excellent service. Atmosphere great for a weekday late evening. Food was good at a fair price. Only downfall was the lighting was poor and we needed flashlights to read the menu, but that was minor for an overall good experience 

Great food and the service was excellent. Fun vibe just off the main street which was nice.

What a great night out at an amazing restaurant. From great fresh unique dishes to a fun ambience, I would recommend to anyone to try this local farm to table restaurant, and I will be revisiting to try some of their other Infused dishes. If I could give more stars, I would.

Food was outstanding snd huge selections. House margaritas were very watered down. Our server was good. Nice street front restaurant. Very quiet evening when we dined.

Came here for a birthday lunch and Mike was amazing. He was great at service and very cool. Recommending great spots in the area and just being super comforting and nice. Will def be back because of him.

To start, great, great food is definitely an interesting take on traditional Mexican food with a bunch of flavor in each meal. I would definitely recommend the octopus and the Chile relleno for sure and tortillas on the side highly recommended , the octopus was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and cooked perfect on the inside amazing along with the chorizo, potatoes, and the amazing sauce accompanying it can't go wrong. The service was ok. Our server was nice and helpful, but the main entrees took over an hour, which is way too long. Although we were a party of 8, it's still a pretty ridiculous wait time. Another criticism I have is the actual restaurant no AC with the bar not even outside so it's just has no AC for no reason I would understand if the bar was was an outside bar that's also connected to the restaurant. I understand this concept anywhere that's not humid and more of a dry heat, but we're in South Florida a very humid place so we were in there sweating and it was pretty uncomfortable being sticky while your eating they do have fans but that doesn't do the trick. Overall, amazing food, but they need to work on a couple of things that would improve the restaurant and help it reach it's full potential. I am still highly recommending it and will be returning.

Wellington location.
My second time at Rivales. Sat in restaurant with party of 6 first time. Food, service, drinks excellent.
Sat in bar the second time party of 3. Also, excellent experience! Can’t say enough about the drinks. The quality, taste and service was perfection. Ask for Kristen at the bar.
Wellington needs some good food options and Rivales is a wonderful addition!

Sat at the Bar & had the lovely pleasure of meeting Maggie! Maggie is an awesome bartender and an even better person. The coconut trees leches is fire ??? & her drinks got me feeling just right! Great vibe. The tacos & stuffed pepper OMG!you want a chill spot come see Maggie at Rivales!

There were 4 of us at lunch to celebrate a birthday and we all LOVED the restaurant. We split some appetizers and then each had a different main course; all the food was delicious and we'd all go back again.
