The good food like a Peruvian ceviche was delicious but the sweet potato was missing and the corn was hard as a stone, the rice with seafood was pleasant. The place has a wonderful atmosphere, good music and a first-class show, the food is not bad, the owner seems like a very nice person and relates to the customers, the big problem with the place is the customer service, it is TERRIBLE, like this, with capital letters. I had to repeat my order for dinner 3 times and the waitress still brought me the changed plate and forgot my salad, my girl had to wait around 30 minutes or more for her order, each time I called the waitress to make it for me case was agony, she literally didn't pay attention to me, my daughter ordered a hamburger that she didn't eat and I asked around 4 times for a disposable plate to take away and they never brought it to me, I had to wrap the hamburger in napkins to be able to take it, anyway, The customer service in my opinion is very bad, and it's a shame because the place really has a spectacular atmosphere.

The service is horrible, they act like they are doing you a favor to serve your food and take your order, on top of that there is a mandatory 18% tip and they give u attitude if u ask them to remove it. Horrible Valentine's experience, the service is the worst I have experienced, never coming back. btw I always tip 25-30% on good service.

I love the food there, it's very close to me but there are 2 problems that I always think about coming back, the loud music is too loud and the terrible customer service, I had to stop so the waitress could serve me, well a mistake but I'm still Consequently, I know what it's like to be a worker and maybe I had a lot of things. What would be good is for them to change and improve the service and the amount of their VAT would be perfect.
