Just want to know why this $15 salad had 9 pepperoncini peppers and 100 olives?? Where’s the lettuce?? The tomatoes? The feta?
I have been a regular customer at Jo Bistro for quite some time now, primarily because of their amazing food. However, my recent experiences have been far from satisfactory.Firstly, the service is consistently terrible. Despite giving them numerous chances, they have repeatedly messed up my orders, forgotten items, and worst of all, shifted blame onto the customer without making any effort to rectify their mistakes. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with such incompetence, especially when Sushi Jo next door provides impeccable service and the staff is always extremely kind.While the food at Jo Bistro is undeniably fantastic, the consistently poor service, lazy attitude of the staff, and lack of accountability make it hard to justify returning. I hope they take these criticisms seriously and work on improving their customer service, as it's a shame to see such great food overshadowed by such disappointing service.

My go-to spot in WPB/PB for wraps. I either get the turkey avo or veggie wrap, both in spinach tortillas. The dressing for the turkey is AHH MAZING.Quaint little hole in the wall.
