I walked in about 6:30pm their was a young men seemed bipolar nice one second and grumpy the other I ordered 1 kids meal and 1 kid sub one meatballs and the other turkey the both sandwiches were way too small even as kid size and the meatballs had 2 cold cold meat balls with cold sause and freezing cold cheese was absolutely disgusting and the turkey was as if the guy grabbed a small chunk out of the freezer and tossed it in sloppy almost frozen all stuck together like this is absurd not in my 30 years I had this problem with this exact store I live nearby JON SMITH SUBS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS !

The tuna bomb with French fries was amazing! Very friendly and welcoming staff. I like how there are condiments that are available at the table for you to use as well, such as salt, pepper, ketchup, mayo. I will return again!

Placed order by phone $150.00 worth. Ordered fries they didn’t make the fries. Then they served everyone before making our fries making our subs cold. Nope

What a pleasant surprise! Had a sandwich at this establishment for the first time several weeks ago and have been back twice since. The Cheesesteak sandwich are flavorful, tender and very good. My sons love the fries. I found the staff who take the orders polite, greeted repeat guest by name and efficient. Can’t believe that I have lived in the neighborhood for 15 years and didn’t try them earlier.

Recently stopped by this location for lunch and ordered the steak bomb. For $18, I would expect much better. The sandwich was basic and certainly not worth the money. I won’t be returning to John Smith, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
