What a SCAM!!! Went to go pick up my food after 25 mins of driving there and when I went to use my John Smith Gift card to pay he refused to take it saying he is a Franchise. The gift card says can be used at ANY John smith Subs in Palm Beach county. There is no details on the gift card that says franchises are excluded.

Jon Smith Subs has been delicious since the 90s. We came in for a Saturday lunch, easy ordering, a woman fired up the grill, made our 3 subs fresh, and a sweet man brought them to our table. The subs were perfectly made, delicious, & hot. Thanks for an easy lunch.

Called ahead and placed my order over the phone. The guy that ringed me up just reached for the money no total or anything. I've always love Jon Smith since my dad would take me there over 30 years ago. I travel from 20 miles south mostly to enjoy a taste from my childhood. I always add extra cheese and mushrooms I could tell the sandwich was not fixed correctly from the size in the bag. Grease was already building up on the bag because they are cheap with the sandwich wrap. I normally go to the lake worth location because all of my experiences in west palm beach are not satisfactory. They don't even have the cups, napkins or bags with the logo on it. No Helman's mayo. No Heinz ketchup. The bacon was not cooked and chopped. Literally white. The meat tasted old. Just not what I am used to. I will follow my 1st mind and go to the location in LakeWorth where the quality is better. Also please clean and change your Tea daily. It Literally came out like motor oil and taste like it too. So sad. So far, so expensive, and so subpar ? wasn't fresh wasn't Jon Smith. More so kwik stop quality and service.
As soon as I walked into the store I noticed outdated furniture not clean tables”ole fashioned vibes” I was greeted by a customer whom I assumed worked here by his manners. I stood in front of the cashier as the cook and manager looked at me. No greeting whatsoever! I said hello! They asked are you ready now! I ordered a cheese bomb. With everything on it. I brought it to me which was nice. However upon opening the sub it was thin of all ingredients including meat. If could’ve been a panini! I would not visit this place again. The only plus the sub came hot!
