Katsumori Asian Fusion

A new favorite & really close to home! My Panang Curry was one of the tops on my list in the area, & my husband is in love with the Pad Thai. Generous portions and beautiful presentation. The decor is simple, yet striking, and although the place is somewhat tiny, that makes it more intimate and cozy. The patio is also great for dining. Poppy is a vibrant, sweet server!

Service was on point!!! Owner was very friendly, and the food was full of flavor. Went for lunch for 16.59 there can be no argument on value... soup or salad, spring roll, padthai, and sushi all included!!!!!

I ordered the angel roll, tonkotsu ramen, salmon sashimi, and the thai iced tea with boba and they all really good. The server was also very friendly and attentive. The menu has lots of pictures which makes it easy to try new things. Overall a really good spot.

I stopped into Katsumori Asian Fusion and everything I ordered was on point. The angel roll was fresh and full of flavor, the yellowtail roe had the perfect pop, and the salmon sashimi was buttery and practically melted in my mouth. I also tried the tonkotsu ramen which came out hot with a rich, savory broth that hit the spot. For starters, the shrimp appetizer was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and tender inside.

Overall, the food was fantastic from start to finish and the service matched the quality. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

I have lived all over the country, including CA, which is a mecca for sushi. I can confidently say this is the best sushi I’ve had outside of CA. The service and our waitress were phenomenal, atmosphere was great, but sheesh was the sushi top notch. Well worth the hour drive down here from Stuart. Will 100% be coming back as often as possible.

Ambiance was inviting and the decor was beautiful. Vinny was a good server. It was cool that we happened to be there for their 2 year anniversary! Congrats. The takoyaki and spicy salmon rolls were delicious. The nigiri was great quality and the cuts were very precise 10/10. We want to go back and try that pizza so we will be back soon! Thank you for taking us in late.

Katsumori is hands-down one of my favorite spots in West Palm Beach. The food is consistently delicious—fresh sushi, flavorful appetizers, and beautifully presented dishes every time. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. Whether you're celebrating something special or just grabbing a casual dinner, Katsumori is perfect for any occasion.

Highly recommend the crispy rice with spicy tuna, red curry and the pad Thai. Can’t wait to come back again and again!
