I've been coming here for 5 years. Everything is great, and I love it, the lady at the cash register is HORRIBLE for business. She needs to get replaced. I have never felt so neglected.

I LOVE the food here. I trust this place. portions are great. only complaint is they skimp on ketchup. if there's fries in the meal, MINIMUM 10 ketchup packets. (not 4! 😢).

My boyfriend was racially profiled at this establishment and will not be returning. Upon entering the restaurant he was met by a cashier who accused him of being “drunk and disruptive last Friday”. He was immediately taken aback by this accusation and assured them that they were mistaken, especially because him and I dined elsewhere the prior Friday and never entered their restaurant. He also works overnight other nights. She then said the “cook is sure, but she was uncertain”? He politely declined to order food after their offense, to which they responded “oh you can still order” as if he would spend any money with them after such a disgusting accusation. So, be mindful. If you are a black man in West Palm looking to get food from here, you may be met with the same treatment, I guess you all look and act the same.

Poor customer service. If I could rate to “restaurant” 0/5 I would. The order was given incorrectly, took it back and asked for it to be remade or to even give a refund. The cashier was very disrespectful. She said no to both refund or for food to be remade. She called us liars and said we did not specify how we wanted the food to be made. Highly unprofessional because after going back and forth on how the food should remade due to allergy reasons she basically told us to eat it either way. She started chatting with other customers regarding the situation as if she was in the right. Clearly uneducated because if allergic to any foods and it has TOUCHED the food an allergic reaction can happen. It seems like they have a history of their poor service and they continue to be open. They need to be reported to FDACS because this is beyond ridiculous and very ghetto.

Awful experience , lady with no teeth was very rude. Would not accommodate me at all after messing up my order & calling me a liar. This place needs to be shut down & reported to Florida department of agriculture & consumer services.
