This place is absolutely awful. Every single time I come, they mess up my orders. Today I place an online order at 6.15 for pickup. Arrive at 7pm and told to wait 10 minutes. 35 minutes sitting waiting with no information or help other than you need to wait. I will never come back to this location and take my business to a franchise that actually cares about the quality of service being offered

The location was pretty much what was expected so no surprise there. They were quick and efficient and it was clean. It was quiet and tasted decent except for the mashed potato poppers. It was pretty dry and should have came with a side of gravy. The main purpose of my visit was for the new Mountain New exclusive flavor with KFC for the F1 movie.

What can you expect from a real American KFC? The whole thing was quite rustic, but clean and the food was pretty tasty, especially because most of it isn't available in Germany.

I dont think they even use the kernels recipe, the original has no taste and seems they just use a reg fryer to do the chicken; they may be franchise and some inspector from the real kfc needs to check this place out. I have gotten tainted/spoilt chicken there and the food/Oil smells and taste horrible. Last night my orriginal 3 pcs went to the garbage it was disgusting. Im done here, there food quality needs to be inspected by head of kfc franchise and the county c'mon y'all needs to do better your playing with peoples health.😡😡😡😡

After going to two other Kfc's and being disappointed and disgusted with the service, I called the head of this particular Kfc on Palm Beach Lakes and I explained the problem was there was no grilled chicken. Not only was he polite but he didn't offer to make me some because they were also gone. You did a great job. Someone needs to know this. pahou is his name

8 piece bucket included four drumsticks and 4 thighs. I did not request an all dark meat bucket. Basically I got cheated out of two breasts.
Apart from the fact that the food is very delicious, you can eat on site or buy from your car.

I am sick , it was door dashed. The food was still hot and it tasted good. We had the bowl which made my client vomit immediately. I had coleslaw and two of the littles. My stomach started to swell within the hour it’s been 12 hours later and I’m still swollen and vomiting. I have called the store because something isn’t right
