This was by far the worst KFC meal I’ve ever had. The chicken wings were tiny, clearly frozen, dry, and mostly just greasy breading with no real meat inside. The chicken sandwich was a complete mess — cold, soggy, and tasted like cardboard. Everything in the meal was terrible, a total rip-off and waste of money. I’m done with KFC — never again! Huge disappointment.

I visited this KFC like always to get my eight piece $10 bucket as I live half a mile from this KFC store when I got there I asked the cashier and he told me there was no grilled chicken. Then I asked him how long is it gonna be and he said it’s gonna be 13 minutes so I said OK I will wait . there was a gentleman that was waiting for 20 minutes! I asked The cashier to give me a cup so I could get some fountain drink and he said oh well you are waiting for 13 minutes so I cannot give you a cup to drink. That is just really bad customer service just because one person is waiting for 20 minutes and the other person which was me?is waiting for 13 minutes. I couldn’t get a cup to get a fountain drink. This guy shouldn’t be working at KFC first of all, he tells me there’s no grilled chicken then I said OK are you making some then he said yes it’s gonna be a while. I said well how long and then he said 13 minutes so I said OK I’m waiting. I would not go back to this location. I’m there to give KFC business and he’s trying to tell me oh they don’t have the grilled chicken so he wanted me to go somewhere else that was not at all nice. I spoke to I guess the manager and I told him this is not how you treat people. I’m going to this location to spend money and he’s trying to tell me to take my business to another KFC. To all the public out there this KFC off community trail and military Trail in West Palm Beach has horrible customer service. This was not a good experience the guy that could not even give me a cup to get a fountain drink should not be working at KFC if he’s going to treat customers like this.. i’ve been going to this location for several months and this is the first time the cashier said that he could not give me a cup to get a fountain drink while I was waiting on the grilled chicken so I could spend my money at this location community Drive and military Trail KFC Horrible customer service. So I left the store and I actually had to go to the KFC of Belvedere Road and military Trail in West Palm Beach, which was much further from my home. This is totally unacceptable behavior from this cashier if he keeps treating people like this, this location is gonna lose business.

When I walked into KFC, I had an experience unlike any other. The restaurant was super clean, the staff was working diligently, and my food came out fast. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at KFC!

The food at this KFC is usually good IF it is ready. I have been to this store multiple times as it is close to my home. HOWEVER…..on many occasions the chicken or other items is not ready for their customers.! And this is during the lunch hour when it should be ready.! It is currently 11:40am and the chicken tenders should be ready and they are not.! The store opened at 9:30 so there has been plenty of time to get things ready.! This is very frustrating because they don’t tell you when you are ordering that it will be 6 to 10 minutes maybe longer until ready. This is not acceptable because many people only have a certain amount of time to get food, eat and get back to work.! Other than this issue, the food is good..!!
Bought a 6 piece family meal for $21 when I got home open it and all the pieces looked like I was feeding a 6 year old party the chicken was so small might of just gave me nuggets. Spoke to the manager Humbarto didn't seem concerned all he could say was sorry. Save your money and go somewhere else it's not worth it

However, after requesting to speak with a manager, I was informed that it couldn’t be prepared because there was no fryer available . This was quite disappointing for us cause it was the main reason for our visit , the name of th manager on shift was enberto

There was no hot honey on the sandwiches that i could tell. The sandwiches were juicy and crispy though.
