I went to this KFC at 4 PM today and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I repeated five times to the order taker that I wanted the 8-piece Festive Meal Deal, yet she still didn’t understand my order.
When I got to the window, the attitude from the employee was absolutely unacceptable. I again stated clearly that I wanted the 8-piece Festive Meal Deal for $25, and she continued acting confused and gave dirty looks to everyone around.
This is not the first time I’ve had trouble ordering from this location. I tried giving them another chance, but clearly nothing has changed. Whoever owns this KFC, your employees are giving your business a bad name. Fire them and train your staff properly, because this level of incompetence and rudeness is unacceptable. I will never return.

I was asked if I wanted dark or white meat. I specifically said dark meat I get home and what do I have all white meat. Wing and breast is white thigh ang leg is dark. As much as you pay your order should always be correct.

Went today to get some food . I eat 2 pieces and left the rest for my pregnant wife . When I pick her up from work I tell her I bought some chicken . To my surprise when I start to take the rest of the chicken I found a eaten to the bone drumstick . That's not cool . Not coming back and I'm spreading the word . That's unacceptable.

I recently visited KFC for a quick lunch and ordered a three-piece tender meal. When I asked the drive-thru worker for some pickles, she replied, "They don't come with your order," and said she needed to get her manager. 😳
Seriously? 🤦🏾♀️ Is asking for pickles such a big deal? When the manager arrived, I asked again, and he quickly went to get them.
If your employees need permission to provide basic requests like condiments, it’s time to rethink your training process. Enjoying a simple meal shouldn’t be this complicated!
