Kinanm Caribbean Cuisine Restaurant

After an extremely long day, my dad and I got to the hotel, ready to unwind. There weren't many options in the area, but I spotted this restaurant and, although we weren't familiar with Haitian cuisine, we decided to give it a try. We almost walked right past it. Thank God we didn't! Upon entering, we were greeted by the extremely personable chef and her husband. They both made us feel at home immediately. We ordered the griot, which is deliciously marinated pork, and had some of the fresh juices she offered. The portions were huge, and every part of the meal was on point. The pork was flavorful, the rice and beans were way better than average, and the fried plantains were perfection. The best part was the conversation and the discovery of a new favorite restaurant. I will be back next time I'm in the area, and I'll be bringing others with me. Great job, Kinanm!

Came to this place when it first opened , I ordered the griot with yellow rice and mixed vegetables, the griot was lacking flavor the the rice was OK, I also got the fried meatballs (boulet) when I bit into it , it was RAW , mushy and salty. I’m going to post a picture of someone who went there and he got mushy meatballs also his TikTok name is gasolinereviewss

The restaurant has a good selection of food. The owner welcomes you from the door and makes you feel comfortable like you were home and they are very humble with a great smile. I had a lot of food but my things was to have the all natural soursop drink 🍹 and I was thrilled so I had two👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹. My family and I thank you and May God continue to bless your success.

The food was lacking flavor. The bathroom was dirty. They didn’t even have soap to wash your hands, so I’m concerned if the staff is probably able to wash their hands an inside of the place was hot like the AC doesn’t work.

Authentic and just right. Customer service is as if one is at home.

Cozy environment, friendly staff,. Service was great, prompt and efficient. The seafood was delicious, with fresh herbs and salads, the plantains were crunchy and tasty. I enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommend for cleanliness and excellence. Prices very affordable

I strongly recommend saving your money and choosing a different restaurant because the food here is terrible. It's the worst Haitian restaurant I've ever visited. The service is poor, and I ordered rice and black beans, but the black beans were practically just water. When I got home, I ended up throwing up, and the food smelled bad the next day.
