This place has SO many great options. If you’re a boba lover then you must check this place out!! Great atmosphere where u can come sip your tea, play some board games and hang out!

I wish this was a better review. I was really hoping to love this place. It took so long to get my teas that I seriously contemplated just asking for a refund and leaving, but that would have taken too much time too. I won’t be coming back because I don’t have a cool 45 minutes to spend waiting for a $5 boba tea that I can get down the street in 3 minutes.

Real deal boba

Awesome drinks! I had the coffee milk tea w regular boba and my friend tried the apple tea slush w popping boba and it tasted like apple pie! Both drinks were great. Prices were also really good. Will definitely be coming back.

I’ve given up on Kung Fu Teas because the ones by my house have consistently let me down…..BUT THIS ONE??? FIRE. This location redeemed it! I went very close to closing time and the boba was soft, chewy, and perfect! The adjusted sweetness was on point too! Very satisfied with this location.

The drink very tasty 5 out of 5 . The place clean and organized. The cashier very friendly. I was there around 1pm little slow. If you live around you need to support them. Friendly and warm welcome.

The staff were very patient and kind. The guy explained everything well and even made some recommendations. We did the buy get one with Natanan jelly. We got a frozen drink and white grape punch. Both were so delicious! The jelly in them made them perfect.

Huge selections of bubble tea and other stuff to drink. Very nice people working here. They help you choose what you want a pound. What you like. Very clean place.
