La Brasa Restaurant

I had a terrible experience at La Brasa. I ordered chicken fried rice and they gave me shrimp instead. As well as forgot to give me the sauces that I paid extra for. When I asked for a side of chicken to fix their mistake, they wanted to charge me an extra $5 dollars! I told them to take the shrimp back and just make me the chicken fried rice I originally wanted. Amy proceeded to take the shrimp fried rice back and I asked her if she’s going to throw it away (no one wants to waste food) and she said no and I was like are you going to eat it lol and she said no. Restaurants are not supposed to take back food once it has been given to a customer, especially after it being in my car for five minutes. Let’s just hope that they didn’t give that food to another customer. After waiting 15 minutes, they gave me the house special instead. NOT EVEN THE CHICKEN FRIED RICE I ORIGINALLY ORDERED! Completely unacceptable service. The staff was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about fixing their mistake. I won't be coming back, they probably spit in my food lol.

The staff is more than outstanding. They manage to care for multiple customers and satisfied each of their needs. I wanted to ask their names to recognize them in here but I didn’t want to stop them from other customers. They left me with my mouth open of impression. Excellent!

The past few times Ive gone to this location drive thru, takeout and delivery and each time they have been either stingy or deceiving. One time I order 2 of the same item and the person asks if I just want a large. I’ve never seen a large but take them on their word that it is indeed large and close to two orders. It turns out to be the same size as the regular size but at double the price. You also have to request sauces with each order. Every other location just gives sauces with each order. I ordered for delivery and no sauce for three meals. I enjoy the food but this is my least favorite location.

You go here for the food. Delicious with large portions. I got the sea food. Service was ok. Not the friendliest bunch! They at least made an attempt to decorate for the holidays. Bathroom was scary like middle of nowhere Gas Station bathroom.

Parking: Not a lot of parking near the restaurant BUT parking in the Publix

Wait is wayyyy tooo long.
Portions are soo much smaller.
And.. ANY meal that is ordered at the window...
Seems to be delayed..
As you are asked to pull over to the other side of the building to wait.
Easily 90% of the orders taken via Drive through are Delayed 7-10 minutes.
The 1rst few years that they operated, they were great.. AND FRIENDLY
BUT NOW.. not One of my coworkers can even stop there for lunch because of the LONG WAIT TIMES ANY TIME OF DAY..

I like the food, what I don't like is the service of some people. I don't know if they've changed now, but I used to only buy the chicken with rice and beans and now they force me to buy another companion. It doesn't seem right to me this afternoon, my brother had a bad experience in the drive thru with a girl she didn't want to sell only chicken with rice and beans forced my brother to also buy bananas we ended up paying almost $40 for only 1 whole chicken with rice, beans and bananas and another whole chicken just the chicken
It doesn't seem fair to me and I wouldn't buy here again.
