I've just moved to this area and this has become my new spot. I've ordered food 5 times from here because I love the food. Now I came 3 days in a row and I always ask them to not give me beans and give me extra rice instead! In 10 years I've never been denied or changed for this, A guy white skinned guy with black hair possibly Latino told me he had not seen me the day prior but I was most definitely there and I cannot say weather it was yesterday or the day before but his cashier had no problem accommodating this and he has stated he's NEVER seen me before, BOLD FACE LIE you may not recognize me as I came in my pajamas but you seen me I spoke with you and now today my double rice was not allowed, he said it should have never been aloud but they have done it several times and every other la brasa has. Now if this is a rule they never cared before so how do you give someone something 3 days in a row and then try to charge them for it and straight denied it. I DO NOT EAT beans and always have had great experiences. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! Going back to my old labrasa where you can even get your sauce yourself! Oh btw each time I get all 4 sauces this time I had to beg for the extra 2. Something tells me it's because I'm white. When I'm dressed I look Hispanic but right now I'm my sleepwear yeah you can tell , and they were not nice about it at all! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOUR ONE SCOOP OF RICE INSTEAD OF A HOLE CUP OF BEANS THAT COST YOU 20 CENTS TO GIVE. YALL JUST MAKEING RULES UP

I came to this place all the time but today when I came it was terrible. The order was wrong and the chicken was burned when I asked for chicken that wasn’t burned it was served undercooked chicken the empanadas were still cold in the middle. If you want La Brasa, I recommend the one on Okeechobee. I will never go to the one on military again such a disappointment!!

I did a drive through order and they did not give me my tres leche cake. I came back and they said they couldn’t give to me without the receipt. I’m a loyal customer and come here all the time. The one time I say anything about an order, they don’t honor their mistake.

Stopped at this location for the first time yesterday (Thursday) evening. I have also gotten a rice meal and been super satisfied with it but always want to try the chicken. Well, last night I did get the 1/2 chicken with two sides. For sides I get the garden salad and it was a nice size, with tomatoes and onions- Very Good. I also get the black beans, which went very well with the awesome rice that came with it. The chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and warm and well-cooked on the inside. Also had great customer service, from the young lady who took my order to the young man that brought my food out-he made sure to ask if I needed anything else, just be sure to ask. I didn't need anything else, but it was sure nice of him to state that. Not disappointed at all. I'll be back.
