A few times when I sit inside the chairs are sticky but not the tables. The food is always great and it is always busy so I can only assume the people wipe the tables down but sometimes skip the chairs.

I love this place and have never reviewed it even though i should have and have been over 20 times. However, whoever the cook was last night who made that fried rice needs some training or needs to take it A little more serious. The rice was a 2/10. It wasn't fried rice. And few days prior went to la granja by town center mall and had the most amazing fried rice. Food is always good and chicken is always great. Maybe just a little quality control needed for the wok.

This is not a handout, lunch line or donation. People are paying for food, and the size of the meal is ridiculous. I ordered a leg quarter with brown rice, and plantains. They gave me one small thigh with a small portion of brown rice, and plantains.This was $8.00 with change plus tax. Too little for the amount of money paid. It was worth $3.00.I will not come back here no more until they learn to serve the right amount of food for their money.

I ordered food for my kids from this restaurant recently, through DoorDash. They had a lot of chicken options, and I ordered from them after searching for chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were under the kids menu on DoorDash, but they didn't list how many, and with no picture. I was in a major rush, so I just ordered 1 for almost $10, thinking this would be a significant amount. Unfortunately, the amount that came was 3. 3 is really not a lot for a kid, and definitely seems overpriced for a place that specializes in chicken. I also ordered 2 empanadas (they only offered chicken, surprise!), and my son LOVED them. However, I was disappointed that 1 of the empanadas was clearly burned on one side with a large burn spot in the middle as well. It was very obvious, but apparently the empanada was so good that my child didn't care! I also ordered yucca fries, which were awesome, and I tried with this awesome green sauce that was delicious. I would probably order from here again if I took the time to look at their photos and non-DD menu first!

La Brasa is losing quality in its food, there have been two times that the food tastes bad in quality, it seems like it has mushrooms for some reason.
I’ve come to this place at least three times and EVERY time I come I wait at least minimum 45 min for our food. Terrible

I made my order via Uber eats and it was delayed by the restaurant without reason for an hour an a half, also the food was cold and unseasoned. Wouldn't recommend at all
