La Chia Vegana

I had the pleasure of celebrating my dad’s birthday at La Chía Vegana in Lake Worth, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is made with so much love and care. We ordered a beautiful vegan birthday cake that was not only stunning but absolutely delicious — rich, moist, and full of flavor, a true highlight of the celebration. We also tried their empanadas, and they were outstanding — perfectly seasoned, with a crispy outside and a comforting, flavorful filling inside. It’s clear that La Chía Vegana puts passion into every dish they create. This place is a true gem for anyone looking for fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared vegan food. My dad was so happy, and we left with full hearts and full bellies. Highly recommend!

It's easy to miss it driving by. We parked in the back and walked around the building to the restaurant's entrance. The vibe was relaxed and peaceful on a Saturday afternoon. There are a few seating areas indoors, and when the weather permits, a patio out back, which I didn't visit. We were told that it is only in use during the cooler months. I was offered a sample of a menu item to help my decision (so kind!). Instead, I ordered the stuffed plantain and my partner ordered an empanada (and after finishing the first, another). Both items were tasty. My dish was beautiful, thoughtfully prepared and satisfying. The owner was away that day and a friend was substituting for her, which might explain why the two orders were not served simultaneously and the second empanada forgotten. However, this had no impact on the pleasure of our visit. I'm looking forward to returning and sampling additional menu items. Even those who are not vegan should enjoy the food served here.

So good. Really cool to find a vegan spot that does Puerto Rican dishes. Got the Canoas De Platano Maduro which was so flavorful and satisfying--the spiced quinoa in it was something else. And they nailed the vegan mac & cheese. Will definitely be back next time we're in the area. So much more on the menu I want to try.

This was our first time here. And we absolutely love it. The food, the staff, the atmosphere are all wonderful. We got a quesadilla and arepas. Delicious!! We will be returning often. Yummy. P.s. they have wooden cutlery! Not plastic. 🩷🩷🩷

I love La Chia Vegana soul much! Along with the Owner! I've been a loyal customer since day one! I love everything on the menu! It satisfy every craving,every time! I recommend to vegans and non-vegans! You'll definitely won't regret it & continue to come back! Aside from the amazing food and drinks, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming to all!

Great vegan option for the area. Nice selection although I definitely want to try more options. The only downsides are that the restaurant is quite warm if you're dining inside and the prices are a bit high, but considering the specialty ingredients and prep you're gonna have to pay the vegan tax. Would recommend!

Very loud fan and air conditioning… otherwise lovely. Food was delicious: mushroom ceviche, Mexican street corn, loaded arepa and passionate and nicely presented.

Absolutely mouth watering food! Everything was delicious, well made and the new location is so cute! Highly recommend the cafe con leche parfait
