WARNING. I gave it 5 stars so that you realize after my review, but the point is that in terms of flavor we are good, but in terms of hygiene, nothing to do with it. On Sunday, September 15, a girl serving dropped her phone into the water she sells to customers and still had the nerve to sell that contaminated water to a customer. PLEASE WE HAVE TO TAKE CARDS ON THE MATTER SINCE HEALTH IS NOT A GAME, WITH HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS HERE IN THIS COUNTRY

Very bad experience, one of the workers was very rude and unpleasant to me after reporting that I found a hair in my ice cream, a very long strand of hair after telling them the girl and then proceeded to call her mother in Spanish, obviously saying rude things about me and yelling at me, keep in mind the ice cream was like 6 dollars and a couple cents so they were yelling at me a lot for only 6 dollars, horrible experience won't ever get your workers under control again, very unprofessional

Obviously the owner doesn’t care enough to read his reviews I’m not surprised that the women that work there don’t care either. Very nasty people as if that’s not how they provide for themselves and their family. The owner will only care once he starts loosing customers!

This place has the best ice cream made with real milk ‼️? it’s so creamy! But nothing beats the agua de fresa drink!! I could regularly drink this like coffee ? if you go there and don’t know what to try, try that!!!!

Ice cream is amazing here but place needs some cleaning. All the Table were sticky with ice cream . Looked like the tables have not been cleaned in a while.

Don't go to this place, these ladies who are working at night, it's a lady with a young, slightly oriental face who refused to sell to you, even a group of more than 10 people closed the door and didn't want to and it was 9.34 pm at night I think you should see closer up the work they do with customers is simply useless in customer service

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I came 30 minutes before closing time and was denied service. The hour clearly says 10AM-10PM. There is no reason for me to arrive with time and be told that they are closed. On top of not being served the girl who came to the door had a nasty attitude. There was no need for her to talk to me like I didn’t understand ??♀️. I do not recommend this place!!!
