Disgusting how the workers eat the toppings they put on the customers' ice creams They grab them with their hands and who knows what they touched??? Where is the cleaning or health regulation for customers. This is horrible and disgusting. Not good, I don't recommended.

Ice cream is amazing here but place needs some cleaning. All the Table were sticky with ice cream . Looked like the tables have not been cleaned in a while.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I came 30 minutes before closing time and was denied service. The hour clearly says 10AM-10PM. There is no reason for me to arrive with time and be told that they are closed. On top of not being served the girl who came to the door had a nasty attitude. There was no need for her to talk to me like I didn’t understand ??♀️. I do not recommend this place!!!

Kind of stumbled onto this place. Glad we did. Ice cream was homemade. A great variety of flavors. Mexican specialities like esquitas and tostones. Friendly service. Very small. Only about 4 tables. Delicious and a great find. Definitely would go back. You should try this place.

I've read all the reviews. .OST of them negative. And most of them pre-pandemic. I went to check it myself, since only 5 minutes where I lived..LOVED the ice cream. And the service was NOT bad at all. They had some flavors I 've never heard off , and loved the "pincho?". I'll have to Google that one but I loved it. As well as the orange rum raisin with orange vanilla. VERY reasonable priced. Clean counters Clean floors. The place was packed. the only thing that I can say is that they need more advertising. thank you!

I used to come here when I was young and the workers were friendly and kind. I went here a few days ago and they were very rude to me. I asked for ice cream in a small cone and one of the ladies "tried" to put some in a cone. She then tells me that it's impossible to put ice cream in the cone because it's "too hard" and she tried to offer to switch the flavor or the size of the cone. I wanted to have some time to think about it, but she rudely asks me what I wanted because she "didn't have time to wait" I left without buying anything because of her rude behavior and that she and another customer started talking trash about me in Spanish as I left
Don’t go or waste your time especially if your of color they ignore you completely

A staple since I was little! Grateful to have basically grown up going to a local and traditionally Mexican ice cream shop. The flavor has always been the same and it’s one of those local gems that’ll never get old.

It's fake, it's not 100 Mexican, the saleswomen are bloody despots. I come from Chicago and I never bought in that horrible place again. Horrible service and horrible disgusting strawberries with cream.
