Did a Uber Eats pick up order for this location .The staff gave me the order, but they didn’t give me the complete order but told me that was it. when I dropped off the food at the location. The customer called the store on speaker and the employees put the blame on me saying that I left without taking all of the food, when they only handed me one bag. Never have I ever been abused by a business like that.

Horrible experience. I had barely started eating when they started picking up and throwing away chairs. A scandal that lacks respect. If you are not going to wait for customers to finish, it is better to close half an hour early and not let people place orders.

The time waiting for the food is ridiculous and once receiving the food wasn't worth the wait. And on top of that when trying to pay for the food, it's said that the owner of this establishment is only accepting the new $100 bills. If this owner only knew that majority of the false bills are made with the new bills. There is no sense of system and with this continuation he will be losing more business than receiving. You guys need to do better!!

On 12/09/24 at 6 in the afternoon it made me go buy a hamburger, the restaurant was empty, they made me wait 30 minutes, the guy who prepares the hamburgers goes out of his way to get the order out, I had to cancel The order because I waited a long time should improve the service, what a disappointment, the cashier didn't even try to see what was happening with my order or try to resolve the situation if not, I'll give you the return, it's really very bad there.

It's always busy so be patient with the parking spaces

Very meaty and full of flavors. The place is not big and lacks ventilation. I suggest to come early since lines are long.
