Little Caesars Pizza

Every time I take my family into this place, there is a problem with the communication between the employees. Last week I went to the store to loud Spanish music and had to wait 20 minutes for 2 cheese pizzas that were old? and a crazy bread. I asked for a manager, she manager could not understand why I was so frustrated with my 2 kids in tow, and made many excuses this was the last time I'll be a customer at this establishment

So, this specific little Caesars is very special my son who has severe autism loves the pizzas and they know when we come in what we want they let him take his time giving him the money and my son can be loud just self regulating but they are wonderful with him and because this is a busy location the pizza is always fresh. I just wish they would update the plaza. My only negative

Ordered delivery from their app, which was facilitated by DoorDash. It said it would take 45 minutes, but it actually only took 26, which was great! The driver followed my instructions to get into the gated community. The 2 pizzas arrived hot and fresh, as advertised! We got a 3 meat and plain cheese and both were delicious. My wife generally hates chain pizza, but she liked it enough that she ate half of the pie, so that says a lot. I thoroughly enjoyed the meat pizza as well. We both agree that this was way better than we expected from a discount pizza chain. Would highly recommend!

I've never had anything wrong with the food, but they do not utilize their Pizza Portal. I'm constantly waiting in line lines for a pizza I ordered an hour in advance.

Horrible! Poor Sanitary practices in handling food. Rude, disrespectful, and poor service. The food preparer dug in her face, wipe hands on her pants and proceeded to place pepperoni slices on pizza.
When I attempted to cancel the order, was told I needed to come back later when manager was present, because she couldn’t do a refund. After I insisted they call the manager on the phone for directions, a person claiming to be the manager emerges from the back. Much to my surprise she was the one preparing the pizzas and practicing the poor sanitary food prep! She refused to provide her name, a picture is attached.

The best pizza place ever. They have really good pizza. Little Caesars is awesome. Because even the workers are friendly the atmosphere is fantastic.
