Little Caesars Pizza

Great service

It's a Friday night, I walked in.. grabbed my pizza out of the portal and as I was checking my pizzaronis to make sure it was what I ordered, one of the ladies working there dashed over to me and also wanted to make sure it was good to go. Lo and behold... The pizza was beautiful! Perfectly balanced with the right amount of pepperonis and cheese. Cut in the perfect sized slices and warm to the touch as the scent of this delicious pizza kissed my nose, I was happy and so was she. 5 stars for quality alone and another 5 for customer service. I will definitely be returning!

So far every time I’ve gone into this Little Cesar’s my pizza has always been hot, fresh, and given to me quickly. This is my most convenient location as well so I am glad that every time I enter they have ready, hot classic pepperoni pizzas for me 😌

i gave cashier my order, after she asked for my order. she proceeded to point in my face to wait so she can give the pizza to a different customer. she rang up my order and i asked for the bathroom key, which she told me it’s not available for the public, which i am not due to me being a paying customer. she asked manager in the back to see if i can use it. manager came up to me and very rudely said that it’s on the door for public. im pregnant and really needed to use the bathroom. not even 2 minutes later one of the employees went to the bathroom and didn’t even wash hands. i speak spanish, i heard her tell the cashier she knows im going to say something due to my facial expressions and i can hear them also saying that it’s not going to be used by public nor customers due to nobody cleaning it.. i believe this is not fault as a customer. manager should have someone clean it so it’s not such a inconvenience to paying customers. will never be back to this location

I had went in and asked to used the bathroom and they are talking about is not for costumers at all so why is it outside ? Like really you go and spend money and they won’t let you use the bathroom

Pizza is good. They need a better system. One line for pick up and order. There was no pizza in the pick-up box. I know there may be worker shortages, but no one helped the poor girl in the afternoon shift for the long line.

Ordered a pretzel crust Pizza. When I got it home, it was a regular pepperoni Pizza with salt. On the crust, I took it back, explained what I ordered and all the manager could say, is that's what you ordered. That's what you ordered. Called corporate gave them my complaint said that the store's main manager will call me. I still haven't heard from them. Would give them minus stars or no stars, but unfortunately, not an option

Every time I take my family into this place, there is a problem with the communication between the employees. Last week I went to the store to loud Spanish music and had to wait 20 minutes for 2 cheese pizzas that were old? and a crazy bread. I asked for a manager, she manager could not understand why I was so frustrated with my 2 kids in tow, and made many excuses this was the last time I'll be a customer at this establishment
