The amount of grease on this pizza is absolutely disgusting. I realize it is cheaper pizza, but this is unacceptable.

After tonight, I highly doubt I’ll visit this establishment again. What’s the point of placing an online order, getting a message that it’s ready, leave home, just to get there and be told the order wasn’t ready? I watched as John took multiple orders, those customers waited. Ironically there orders were prepared before mine. After trying to get John’s attention on multiple occasions he ignored the “excuse me”. His customer service is awful! Eventually got a refund, spoke to Jose the manager and listened to the excuses he made for the issue at hand, which is why my ordered wasn’t ready and still waiting. He admitted to “pushing orders” through, which means padding numbers. I asked for the GM’s name Jose refused that information, and a corporate number. Kids ruining business because they lack knowledge, do better!

Crazy bread was so hard even ducks didn’t want it. Cheese pizza has been under the heat lamp for way too long. I spent $20 on old burnt food.

I came in at 1:50 to order 6 hot and ready pizzas. I asked if they had any already made and I was told no. After waiting for 15 minutes I was told that it would be a little longer. During my 30+ minute wait I watched over 5 customers come in and order hot and ready pizzas and left. Then the lady who order 3 pizzas after me got her order before me and left. It's been 30+ minutes. This order was for students I work with, they asked for pizza and that's why I'm here. I'm still here now and I feel like by the time I get my order they will be changing classes.
