Terrible experience, I placed an order online for pickup and when we went to pick it up the order had been picked up by someone other than us. When we asked for a new pizza or a refund, they refused and said we had to wait until tomorrow. Their solution to our problem was for us to order again, when we told them we didn't have the money to place another order the manager named Flavia proceeded to say "well that's not my problem" worst experience and customer service ever. It took us almost an hour to pick up the pizza because we had to pick up our son from school and the worker there said we took too long that after an hour the machine flashes the order red and the pizzas are taken out and thrown away so did anyone else pick up the order or throw it away?

This location on cherry rd is horrible. They always closing earlier than store hours, never answer the phone, hot and ready pizza always dry.

I really like this location. They’re always polite and have fresh pizza.

Big tall fat white guy was very rude to me. I ask him for a fresh order and he denied it. I told him I wanted it fresh and he then replied with well, I could cancel your order or you could come back tomorrow. So I said, so you're going to cancel my order because I want it fresh? NEVER in my life I was denied food from here. I'm so disappointed

Made an online orders and they cancel the order some one stole the pizza, they couldn’t make us new pizza. We paid $40 the refund takes 12 business day. And we were waiting for 1 hours almost 2 hours for our pizza to arrive. When we called they told us someone stole the pizza.
