Loic Bakery and Cafe Bar

I was at a business breakfast this morning in West Palm Beach and decided to find a new cool coffee place and I stumbled upon LOIC bakery and Café bar. This is a sweet little place. They make their own bread and pastries so everything is always fresh. I had the pistachio croissant which was delicious and an herbal tea. I sat outside in a very picturesque seating area with trees and water fountains and before I knew it 2 hours had passed by. Great place to go and relax and enjoy good food. They are both indoor outdoor seating. I chose outdoor outdoors because the weather was great and seating was in a shady area. Highly recommend you give this a try.. they have designated parking on the side.

I used to love going here but everything has gone down hill. The staff are rude and act bothered for even being there. My mom has food restrictions and asked for certain things not to accompany her sandwhich - they put the items on the plate with her sandwhich anyways. She asked for another clean plate to separate the food she can’t eat and the worker rolled his eyes and laughed. (We did not complain or cause any issues, she literally just asked for a clean plate and that was the reaction). The food is not fresh - my tomato soup had the consistency of pudding. I could not even eat it.

This place acts like they are better and above their customers and the food is not good anymore. Do not recommend this place at all.

Pistachio Croissant – Perfectly crunchy and crispy, generously filled with a rich pistachio-almond flavor. Absolutely delicious! 10/10
Second Pistachio Pastry – Good overall but a bit lacking in true pistachio flavor, making it a tough call. 8/10
Ham & Cheese Croissant – Fantastic flavor with Italian herbs shining through. Would’ve been a perfect 10/10 if it had been served warm, but still a solid 9/10.
Apricot Tart – Unfortunately, the grainy texture overshadowed the taste. Only 2/10 for this one.
Atmosphere – Relaxing with pleasant music and a modern vibe, though it’s a touch on the dark side.

Solid reasonable food, but wait was RIDICULOUS. Tried to order using QR code first, didn’t work. Then queued to order, followed by long wait for food to be heated and garnished. Not worth the wait.

The first time eating there this morning, breakfast sandwiches, cold eggs and they forgot the bacon, waited 10 minutes to get the bacon. Manager was nice however the server was not. All around a big disappointment and not worth the hype or the price.

Loic has good food but service there is terrible! If you also arrived one hour before their closing, you can’t get an egg sandwich. That’s unbelievably ridiculous!

Great place. The food was great and the service was awesome too. The interior will need some updating to make the atmosphere feel more welcoming.

The fresh baked goods looked amazing, the tall ceilings made the place feel very open and it's dog friendly. The food is good quality and reasonably priced.

Great place to, dine in and/or take out. Food is delicious, reasonably priced, and great location. There are areas that can be, and need improvement, like service help behind the counter, more efficient ordering, serving, cleaning up, overall Hospitality. This place has a lot of potential, if done right, with proper gradual investments in small customer service, atmosphere and equipment/furnishings. A place to be inspired and follow, can be Hyve Bakery and Cafe, down the street. Thanks

The brewed coffee was delicious as was the apple tart. The service leaves very much to be desired. The cashier was brusk enough with me that it bordered on full on rudeness. The cafe was not very busy at the time and it seemed I incurred their ire because my presence interrupted their conversation with a coworker . It made a bad morning worse. I left and went to another cafe nearby which was much friendlier.
