We got our salads before the appetizer, so NO!.
Onion soup, was super strong not edible, so NO!
Renegaré steak supposed to be medium well, and it was rare, so NO!

The hostesses were so rude this evening we left. We usually like the food but ultra rude.

My Ribeye steak perfectly medium and season everything was fresh and hot I came in having a bad day and my server turned my day around. Great food and customer service I will most definitely will be back

Longhorn has gone downhill. This is the second time I’ve had to wait forever for my meal. We waited two hours and finally just asked to have our meal to go. it wasn’t even that busy there was so many empty tables. Andrew came over and all we got was a card for a free dessert. Which we don’t even get because we’re both diabetic.

Generally poor experience here tonight I’m afraid. Best guess - it’s Sunday and the manager is on vacation. Waited 20 minutes for table even with previously using waitlist on the website.
There were quite a few tables uncleared. No hustle from waiting staff or front desk. Toilets were not clean.
Waited one full hour from order placed to arrival of food (after complaining). Food came but was not hot, one was cool. Seemed to have been sitting in the kitchen for quite a while. Food was meh, ok only.
I will not be going back!

I’ve been to a few longhorns and while this isn’t the closest one to me, it’s my favorite. I’ve never had even a slight issue here. I’ve gone alone, and in larger groups (6 people) and it’s always such a good time. I usually stick to non chains but I’ll say this: If you’ve never been, just go. My go to: cowboy ribeye and French onion soup (one of my favorites). I’ll get either a salad or loaded potato depending on how hungry I am.

I don’t tend to order drinks at LH but they have some insanely great priced drinks.

I came to Longhorn with my neighbor at least once a week. We always get the same thing I get the filet mignon and she gets the skirted steak. My favorite thing here is their roasted brussels sprouts and their sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes literally have brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter on them and they are so good.!

I guess it’s just our neighborhood hang out with really good food but it’s a great place to go. The service is great, the people are wonderful and you always get Fantastic Food .

I ordered pickup and waited inside, Raven B. was the person getting my order together. I have been a server for close to 30 years and Raven’s customer service and attention to detail was outstanding! Longhorns is lucky to have such an amazing employee!

Came here for dinner after a long day of car shopping at Arrigo.. family of 4 and food took between 30-40 mins and still came out cold. Fortunately the manager made our experience better

The lunch menu is very good. Very good prices with good portions. Waitress is nice and friendly. I saw other wait staff the same way and seems like there are many frequent customers.

We went in to have dinner. They sat us and we waited a very long time for anyone to come to even take a drink order. 1 waiter and several waitresses kept walking by and said nothing. We waited and waited even though they were not very busy and after 10 minutes of nobody even stopping to say hello we asked 1 of the waitresses if she could get our waiter or waitress. As we were asking her one of the other waitresses who had seen us and had said nothing said that's my table. After several more minutes she came over with an extremely bad attitude. I'm very patient but the one thing I will never tolerate is anyone's attitude when I am spending my money and I have been patient with you. We got up and walked out. She can keep her attitude. Longhorns has good locations as I have visited several of them over the years. However, I will not return to this location. If I could give it a zero I would.
