Arrived on a Saturday evening around 7:30 pm with a party of 7. The wait was 30 minutes which was expected on a Saturday night. But what we were not expecting was the wait time for our food and lack of service. We sat down at around 8:00 pm at the back of the restaurant at a somewhat small table but since it was "busy" we had no other option. We requested a high chair for my son which was never given to us. We had to find it on our own. It was already 8:10 When we ordered drinks and appetizers and when they came out there were no straws. Then around 8:20, we ordered our food. Once we ordered our food the waiter never came back to check on us. We saw tables getting our food but ours. We tried to find the waiter but he was nowhere to be found. At around 8:50 he did appear we asked him about the food, and he said it should be about 10 more minutes. Then he comes a few minutes later apologizing saying he never put the order in and that it should be another 20 minutes. He apologized saying that the appetizer would be free. He came by to give us a refill on our drinks around 9:30 and we asked how long the wait was. He said it was at the window ready. We did not receive our food until 9:35. Then he forgot my son's kids' meal. We had to find and tell him about the meal. Now we had to wait another 10 minutes for his food. It was almost 10 by the time my son received his food. We asked for the bill and looked through it, the appetizer was still on the bill. If I were to ask to remove the appetizer it probably would have taken 15 minutes to do. So we all decided just to pay and leave. Overall just a bad experience. The food was probably good, was hungry at the point and just wanted to eat and leave.

Went to the restaurant after getting a text that my order has been PICKED UP.. Got there and parked in the designated curbside parking. Called them and their lines were busy. Got out and waited in bar area (which is a terrible area to pick up orders) and the girl that was over there was on the phone. Saw a "manager" available and told her I just want to grab my order and she directed me back to the bar instead of trying to assist me. Once the worker got off the phone she turned around and looked stressed. Told her my text says my order "got picked up" and apparently my food was sitting on the counter the entire time and she points at it and didnt bother handing it to me. Got home (I live less than a minute away) my bread is cold and hard and my sirloin was COLDER and tough (did not eat it) Pick up time was 7:20pm and I was there at 7:22pm so I dont understand why my meal tastes like I was 15 minutes late... such a terrible experience all around. You have the nerve to ask for a tip when placing a pickup order that I had to get out of the car for.

We eat at this restaurant a lot and love it. The last 2 times was not very good. My ribeye was tough and chewy, full of grizzle. The waitress was so bad. Not sure if she was new and training.. The whole experience was not good. I hope they can get it together. It's our go to and seems to be slipping..

Chain steakhouse that feels like the West when you walk in. Huge line at 5pm on a Sunday. Decor of cowboys, cattle, the Midwest and Western decor lace entire inside. Feels homely inside and gets you in the mood to eat some good food. TIP: Call ahead to get on a "call ahead" line. Which is faster than just walking in. Saved us 30 mins. Got seated within 5 mins.Was seated, and greeted by the lovely Heather B. Chose our items, devoured our meals, enjoyed our time, and left happy. Waited 10 minutes for a table, it was 4pm and no one was in the dining room. Then no one ever came to table to ask if we wanted something to drink. We waited and waited, finally we grabbed someone going by and she said she would see if she could help, but it wasn’t her station. The table next to us was packing up their dinners to go and said they had the same problem. We left 30 minutes after we arrived. No drinks and no dinner.

Food is pretty good. Steaks are sometimes over or under done. My family likes mid rare, it seems like a hard cook to reach here. Usually over done but we've had it too rare too. Staff is super friendly but the bar is slow. We wait a long time for drinks.Kid-friendliness: Kids are def welcome. Menu for kids is good too.
