Los Brothers Food Truck

I tried a burger, it looked good and tasted good however the meat had a weird texture like a purée meat? Mashed? Just weird not the regular texture of a burger with ground meat. Made me wondering what I ate. (?)

I used to eat often and it was really tasty, hot and it felt crispy. For a while now the snacks are bad, low quality, the good truck was very dirty, the microwave clearly dirty and the food is unfortunately very much to be desired. The fries were cold with a lot of oil, they were not crispy and tasty (as before), the snack was cold as if I had heated the meat in the microwave and melted a cheese. I was sad because compared to what it was before, it's very bad.

I wish you to improve and provide a better service again

It used to be awesome coming here now is really bad poor service, portions are really small compare to before and prices went up and portions smaller really bad compare to before i used to get double of that for less. Never coming here again they also forgot to put carne asada after i paid extra for it hasta luego 👋

Delicioso! As close as it gets to authentic Latin burgers and salchipapas.

Highly recommend the salchipapas with the red sauce and the Salchi burger.

I have come to this food truck a couple of times, and I have enjoyed the food along with the atmosphere. However, today, I came to the new location, which is right beside from the old location (the corner before Fiesta Audio Insurance), and I must say that the experience was not quite good. The music was loud, and I had to ask for the volume to go down; but the thing that annoyed me the most was the flies and I am not saying there were 4 or 5 flies.....there were several flies; I couldn't eat since they were flying around my burger. I just ate half of my hamburger and left.
My advice to customers is to order to go and my advice to the owner: please get that fixed ASAP!!!.

La comida es buena pero en la nueva location hay demasiadas moscas que es difícil poder comer sin que las moscas se paren en la comida. La música también estaba muy alta.
Mi recomendación para los clientes es que pidan para llevar; no es confortable comer allí.

Ordered sweet burger, yet i received it w no bacon. Sweet! Definitely overpriced as the meat isnt all that and considering I received no bacon w my burger. Also, the lady pushed french fries, which she didnt mention were $3 upcharge- which i would not mind if they were some thick, tasty fries and not the skinny string fries i received! Not a fan! Better off @ 5 guys, tbh. Also, check ur food before u leave the premises!
