My dad and I recently visited West Palm Beach for the Astors Spring Training. We found Lynoras restaurant and was totally blown away by the food and the service. We had the opportunity to visit with her about the food and the history that comes with it. This lovely lady is carrying on family traditions without one ounce of shortcuts in the kitchen. Everything fresh and from scratch. What an amazing place and atmosphere. And so reasonably priced. If your in the area you must visit one of there many locations. Simply the best! Thanks for the great birthday celebration you made it a night to remember.

Lynora's is an Italian restaurant that has a long history in South Florida dating back to 1974 when Raffaele and Maria Abbenante immigrated from the Italian island of Ponza to Lake Worth where they began selling pizza based in Maria's mothers recipes. This is the first Lynora's which opened in 2014 on Clematis Street. There are now Lynora's in Boca Raton, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and West Palm Beach. Lynora's is known for their specials and lively happy hour.

Lynora's Clematis Street has a classy dining room that stretches back to the pizza oven in the rear. There is also some seating on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. I was walking towards a table when the bartender invited me to take the best seat at the bar and I could not refuse such a kind invitation.

I had the day off from school and I adore Lynora's $14.95 weekday lunch specials. On the day I visited it was Meatball Monday with your choice of Rigatoni with Meatballs or Meatball Parmigiana Hero. I chose the rigatoni with meatballs and it was delicious. The rich sauce married with the meatballs and al dente pasta was heavenly. Sometimes the simplest dishes are the best. Even better, Lynora's cocktails are half off at lunch and the bartender made me a magical espresso martini. The experience of enjoying soul satisfying pasta and meatballs and a decadent cocktail on a Monday afternoon cannot be understated.

We had the pleasure of dining at Lenora's with some friends of ours who dine there frequently. The food was delicious, especially the meatballs and eggplant! The service was fantastic and the owners are lovely. We can't to visit again next time we are in West Palm!

December 30th, my 63 bday, my two sons took me out for dinner. Waiting was 45 minutes but we decided to wait. I was seating outside since I'm handicap and here come this girl telling me, mam I need your chair, not sure why when there was three tables that each had one empty chair. I said no, I will have to leave because I can't wait standing. It's my birthday, I'm 63, I have a bad back, two hip replacement and I'm waiting to be seated. By way there was also two empty chairs next to me. Lynora's what a bad experience to treat your customers like that.

Lynora's Italian Restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. My server, Devin, was incredibly attentive, nice and kind adding to the overall positive experience. Now, let's talk about the food - it was simply outstanding! Each dish was bursting with flavor and left me wanting more. And let's not forget about the drinks - they were top-notch. The chill and relaxing atmosphere made my dining experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to go back and indulge in more of their delicious offerings. Lynora's Italian Restaurant has definitely earned a spot on my list of favorites!

I recently dined at Lynora’s on Clematis Street in West Palm Beach and had a delightful experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the Fettuccine Bolognese; the slow-cooked beef ragu was rich and flavorful. Our server was attentive and friendly, ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend Lynora’s for authentic Italian cuisine in a charming setting.

Wonderful service. Very impressive as far as it goes. BUT… I am considerably UNIMPRESSED with the quality of food being served. PRE FAB FROZEN CALAMARI as opposed to fresh. DRIED OUT CHICKEN in their Rigatoni al Pollo. OVER COOKED SHORT RIBS where gentle braising is called for. AND…they are unable or unwilling to create separate checks when taking care of a larger table of 8 persons or more! It takes very little to ask at the beginning, when taking the orders…” Will you be requiring separate checks?” And then CREATE THEM AT THAT TIME! VERY LOATHSOME BUSINESS PRACTICES, THAT REQUIRE MORE THAN A PUSH IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION to fix what’s wrong. Ie: Better concentration in the kitchen. Purchasing FRESH MERCHANDISE AS OPPOSED TO FROZEN! And making a teensy bit of conciliatory gestures towards accommodating a large table with separate checks! ALL EASILY DONE but requiring discipline, courtesy & a modicum of BUSINESS SAAVY! Pricing is over the moon high for the quality of their culinary talents & frozen foods! I must admit…I did enjoy my fried Calamari. But the sauce was far from homemade & the calamari were rings only…so I KNOW THEY CAME FROZEN NOT FRESH, or I’d have enjoyed the tentacles as well! Lynora’s could be great if the value /pricing would match what you receive…BUT IT DOESN’T & therein lies the rub. Try it & see how you feel. I’m going by how a few of my friends felt. Others had gotten the salmon & thought it DELICIOUS. But it too, looked like it was a FROZEN VERSION, not fresh as the price tag might have led one to believe! Would I return? Yes. I loved my Espresso Martini at HAPPY HOUR pricing! And I certainly did enjoy my calamari. THAT…was reasonably priced. But if those are the only 2 appealing things I could think to enjoy? I’d go strictly for ambiance, impeccable & friendly service & to just eat my calamari in peace… provided I COULD TEACH THEM HOW TO MAKE A DECENT ITALIAN GRAVY! (Sauce!)

Vegetarian options: Very few gluten free or vegan options, but at least they have a FEW!

Dietary restrictions: If you have a restriction, they will try to accommodate you as best as humanly possible…BUT! I caution you to READ THE MENU FOR LEGAL DISCLAIMER ABOUT FOOD PREPARATIONS in this regard! In my mind…EVERY RESTAURANT SHOULD HAVE SUCH DISCLAIMERS WRITTEN IN BIG, BOLD PRINT to avoid any & all health risks!

Definitely not “real” Italian food. I tried the lobster ravioli, and the cognac cream sauce was overly sweet and artificial-tasting, completely drowning out any hint of seafood. Honestly, if someone told me the filling was cheese instead of lobster, I’d believe it. My friend ordered the short rib truffle pasta, and it was just a chaotic mix of flavors that didn’t work together at all. I was really disappointed, especially since the restaurant has such a lively vibe and great atmosphere. It’s a shame the food didn’t come close to matching its curb appeal.

Dined here last night around 10 PM. Our waitress was great, food was good, but the host felt a little unwelcoming. She told us that she’ll tell us when the table is ready and that’s it. Didn’t even say anything about where we could wait. We just felt clueless where to wait so we just stood awkwardly outside, avoiding people passing by. We were okay waiting out there on the side I just wish we were at least pointed to a direction where we could wait like other hosts do in that way we’re not figuring out where we could stand.

Also when I asked where the restroom was later that evening, the hostess had her head resting on the side of the host stand and did not even move nor looked at me as she told the directions. With the music blasting not helping me to hear her well and the little rudeness I felt from the hostess I just looked for it myself and almost ended up in the kitchen but the kind waiter and our own waitress saw me and pointed me to the right direction.

I understand that it could’ve been a long night for her but it was also our first time dining here as we’re new downtown residents so the first impression left to me unfortunately wasn’t too great.

Apart from that experience, the truffle fries were great, our main dish was okay. Also again, our waitress was amazing.

Weird place, odd manager. Went for lunch, no vegetarian option so waitress suggested I get the pasta without bolognese and pesto instead. After ordering about ten minutes later manager tells me they cannot accommodate sub. Instead of making exception gives me a hard time about ordering at full dinner price or a soup instead. When you’re in the hospitality business you’d assume you’d be hospitable, guess that’s no longer the case anymore. After 20 years in the restaurant industry still don’t understand why people are so hard pressed about subtle substitutions instead of focusing on retaining clients. This place has no soul.
