Came here for a bday dinner with grown folks and the vibes, music and food were good.
I had the southern chicken with red velvet waffles which was okay only thing I didn’t like you can’t tell them which parts of the chicken you want. I only eat wings and I got mixed pieces which I don’t eat so that was a waste.
We also had creamy Mac & cheese, collard greens with turkey neck, Pecan Praline Salmon and Buffalo chicken wings.
The food was good and actually cheaper than we expected. They played a great selection of live music people danced and enjoyed themselves.
Definitely recommend for a chill vibes.

I recently attended a 50th birthday party at Majestic 7 Ash Lounge and it was quite the journey to get there!
Coming from Fort Lauderdale, it took me a solid 50 minutes to arrive, but once I got there, I was pleasantly surprised by how they used the relatively small space. They had an outdoor patio area, a cozy bar section, and a spot for seated dining.
The music was pumping both inside and outside, spanning various genres and keeping everyone dancing for most of the night. There were about 50 of us celebrating, along with a few regulars popping in and out at the bar.
The service was a bit slow, probably because our group was quite large. However, the owner or manager was visible throughout the night, making sure everyone was taken care of. It took a while to get our drinks, which were desperately needed considering the AC didn't seem to be working. Luckily, one of the partygoers came prepared with a handheld fan, which was a lifesaver.
I was pleasantly surprised by the prices of the food items--they were much more reasonable than I expected. And the portions? Generous, to say the least.
My husband tried the fried chicken, which he loved along with the collard greens. The macaroni and cheese could've been a tad creamier, but it was still tasty.
I decided to go with the oxtail and grits... DELICIOUS! The oxtails were perfectly seasoned, and the grits were packed with flavor.
I was extremely shocked to hear that the place had been open for 5 years. With how slow the service was, I would've guessed 1 year or less. They don't seem like they are accustomed to serving larger crowds. That's sad, because I feel like more people should know about this hidden gem. They may also need additional staff.
Despite the slow service and lack of AC, the night was a blast. Great food, great music, and great company made it an enjoyable celebration. It was also the perfect date night for my husband and me.
I'm looking forward to return on a Friday night for the live music on the patio--just wish it were a bit closer!

This was our second time coming to Majestic 7. We don't live locally but made it a point to stop here whenever we are in town, but I am not sure if we will be returning. When we arrived, we found out our old favorite bartender no longer worked there but we still wanted to dine there. We were greeted by the manager who was really nice and then the bartender Jasmine who was also really nice. The food was amazing from beginning to end, but the service was not that great. My wife wanted a long island, and I wanted a blue long island.... when we got our drinks, we both determined that my wife's drink taste like coke, and I basically had a blue sprite. I drink a blue long island all the time and this was not it, but due to Jasmine being so nice and welcoming we didn't even complain we just changed our drinks. We asked for a cranberry and vodka (more vodka than cranberry) I don't know if she was offended by us asking for a different drink but there was literally almost no cranberry in the drink. We wanted more Vodka, but we didn't want just a straight vodka as you could barely see the cranberry. Some people came in after us and ordered drinks and apparently, she messed their drinks up to because the manager went and said something to her. After that the manager waited on us more than she did. I asked for two glasses of water, she placed one glass on our table and took the other glass of water to the guest whose drinks she had messed up...so when she walked back by I said, "Hey I asked for two glasses of water, she said yes I know that's why I said I will be right back". We had also asked her for ranch and blue cheese for our wings. So, she comes back with the dressing and no water. At this point I just asked the manager for the water because I just said something to her about it and she said she knew but still came back without it. It was like once she knew she messed up their drinks, she forgot about us. Multiple times she would walk by and not even ask us if we needed anything. The manager even had to come take our entree orders because she was too busy talking and laughing with her friends at the bar. When you are executing peoples drinks and providing superior customer service then you can do that type of stuff, but this wasn't the case. I think there is some additional training that can be provided to Jasmine especially if she is going to be the main bartender on a Friday night/weekend. Even if it's not packed the customer service shouldn't change. The gratuity of $25.00 that was added to our check definitely was not deserved and the DJ that was outside should have been inside. We love 80's and 90's R&B but the flow was up and down instead of being consistent. We had planned to stay all night based on the experience we had the last time we were there but after that service and the music we left around 11:30. The people that arrived after us left before us. I would still recommend this place when it pertains to the food but please take our advice when it pertains to service.The only recommendation for the food is the mac and cheese needed more seasoning, whether that be incorporating another cheese for flavor or adding more seasoning.If you are in West Palm and want some GOOD food this is the place! The service is not bad just has areas for improvement please support and check them out! Honest feedback is the only way we can grow.

The vibe is everything the customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced! I love everything about this place including the people. Live music and good cigars, you will feel at home. You have to try for yourself! Thank me later! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
