Customer Service -10+ nasty but not nice Oh ya! They can’t hear the customer. I asked if this was Steve’s deli at the counter to the 2 deaf servers that won’t understand English or listen. Then I said just joking, Im Steven this is Mekabs Deli right they said No then what the fxoxox is it nasty oh yas! Go to Howleys diner where they are nice and serve you not Ignore you. Steven Not A Customer Here!

I ordered a steak and cheese sub on a Crossaint. And they gave me the wrong sandwich. But when I called the tell me that the sandwich I ordered it supposed to be like this. I order the same thing all the time. And it’s never with turkey and salami and some mystery meat. And when ahe read it back she didn’t even mention the steak that’s supposed to be in it. This pissed me off so bad I will never go back to the Okeechobee location ever again!

I like my bagels double toasted. They cannot follow a simple instruction like that.

Great customer service, great food, and a overall great experience! I highly recommend coming by and enjoying their meals as well yourself.

Me: I'll have an egg and turkey sausage on toasted sesame bagel, no cheese, and a cup for ice water.

... 20 minutes later...

Received: Egg and bacon on a (sorta) toasted egg bagel with one barely melted Kraft Single.

Looks at receipt: ...and got charged for a bottled water

Decision time: Try to explain the issue to the glassy-eyed teenager behind the counter and wait another 20 mins or take the L?

Result: Took the L. Also, note to self... make my own breakfast sandwich at home from now on.

“I fumbled the ball!” I was supposed to order breakfast for a meeting of 60 people & I really fumbled!!! But THANKS BE TO THE LORD MOST HIGH for Issa, her husband, and their amazing team for helping to turn the fumble into a MAJOR TOUCHDOWN!!! They have delivered time and time again and I would recommend them 100 times over for any business customers needing an excellent catering team!!!

This is a review based on a Grub Hub order. Not an in store experience. Not sure who dropped the ball with the order mixup.

Avoid this place. They managed to get every single item on my order wrong, and frankly, the kitchen did me a favor because the food tasted awful. Bitter, overcooked, and clearly not fresh. Waste of money and a waste of a meal. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Such a great hidden spot. I almost missed it because there’s no sign outside, but the food was seriously amazing. Everything tasted fresh. This place has a lot of potential and I’ll definitely be back.

Believe it or not, I waited 17 minutes for this veggie quesadilla that looks like it was abused. I sat there and just looked at the staff messing around before it clicked that they never gave me my food well after asking me if I was waiting on a mobile order. (I WAS TAKEOUT). Anyways, watching one of the staff members attempt to make the gospel hum with his voice was cool while I wasted my break for a tossed quesadilla I guess.

The Russian bagel is the best bagel I've ever eaten. We drive 30 mins to get this bagel. Yummmmmy

I only do takeout and my order is always ready, always right, and the bagels are perfect! The chive cream cheese is also excellent! I'd also add that I'm from Brooklyn where we definitely know good bagels, and these meet that high standard!
